Worked out OK for our golf trip, clean but truly only sleeps 6 in beds, part of the sleeping arrangements was a blowup mattress, but it was a quality blowup mattress and worked well for a guy's weekend. To be fair, they may have listed this originally and I didn't see it. We would go back if we did another trip to Saratoga.

The house was meticulously kept and well decorated. It was the nicest guest/rental home I have stayed in. The hostess even very kindly left us a welcome packet of snacks and water!

The house was very nice and clean. Briana was a great host who quickly responded to my questions. She also reached out after we checked out about an item we left, and she is going to send it to us. We definitely plan on staying there again.

The house isn’t really set up for 8 people. Only 4 get actual beds. The next two are on an air mattress and there is no other bed. There were stains on the sheets of one of the beds and we had to wash them ourselves. The kitchen facilities were not conducive tto cooking. Lacking in pans; no coffee maker except for pods. Communication with the host was difficult when there was issues but eventually got resolved.

Aren't enough stars to rate this property!

The photos do not do the place justice. Spacious and beautifully furnished, Brianna has stocked it with so many thoughtful amenities, from the snacks and water bottles to the shampoo and body wash. My one regret is that we couldn't stay longer. I will definitely be back!

Ballston spa

The place was decent except for the fact that it needed to be cleaner. We could not run the ceiling fan cause it was filthy. The floors were dirty. The beds were not comfortable at all. Paid a cleaning fee to have a clean place.
