Check-out instructions
The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove all decorations, tapes, debris, and party decor placed by guest inside & out and dispose in trash!
Place all indoor & outdoor furniture back in its original spot. All kitchen utensils, cookware, pool toys, irons, blow dryers, remotes, chairs back to its location.
Please leave home in a reasonable order so that we can prepare the home in a timely manner for the next family!

My wife and I purchased this beautiful home and immediately began falling in Love with the home. We love the unique design as we have not seen many homes like this one. I knew this home was a rare opportunity. It truly had everything we could ever imagine wanting in a property, such as views, nature, character, and accommodations not to mention the close location to Austin, shopping, and entertainment . We have always loved the Lake Travis area, and wanted to share this home with others so they too could experience it as well.
