Lovingly restored landmark historic home with a commercial kitchen, leather furniture, and nicely appointed. Close to historic district, walk to Art Festival, Museums, and watch the marathon/Iron Man from the front porch. Mature pecan trees with lots of shade and flowers.
Wake to the sounds of mourning doves and enjoy several outdoor sitting areas. Note: The exterior is undergoing minor improvements and paint, front porch may be impacted during the day.
