The bed was extremely comfortable. Haven’t slept that well away from home in a very long time. The driveway is a half mile long and we are so glad we were in our pickup and not the car. The car would have suffered undercarriage damage because of the rough road. As it was, we had to crawl down at a maximum of three miles an hour to keep from damaging wheels. If they get the driveway fixed, we would book again.

Ruth, I'm glad you slept well, as The Ranch is very comfortable and peaceful. I'm a little confused as your low rating for your "opinion" that your car would have suffered "undercarriage damage" when I actually drive a Tesla Model 3 on the ranch routinely. My car is extremely low to the ground and I've never had a problem. I drive the ranch speed limit of 12mph without issues. We have residents that have cars as small as a mini cooper without trouble driving the long driveway as well. Perhaps you arrived at a time when we were experiencing a usual amount of rain which can be daunting when on an asphalt gravel stone road. It does say in the listing that we are a Working Cattle Ranch and that we are country amenities, and not city amenities. But I'm so happy that your husband gave great feedback to the manager that he really enjoyed the ranch and loved the lake.

Excellent!

Stayed here for two nights while attending our nephew’s UNT graduation. It was a quick and an easy drive to and from Denton. The room had everything we needed and was fresh and clean. This is an excellent value for the money. We would definitely stay here again.

I travel a lot and always utilize VRBO, this has been one of my best stays. Greeted by the host when arrived . Property had way more amenities than listed. Nice game/ workout room . Game room with activities and good laundry room. Wish I needed to stay longer but business requires me in south Dallas next. If ever back definitly staying here.

This hidden gem was an amazing stay!! KIM the manager is the most accomodating I have ever witnessed!! My brother (different room, just as beautiful as my Egyptian theme room was with me. I was running so late for my daughters UNT grad ceremony, I pulled in and sweet Kim was waiting for me outside at my room door which I parked feet from! Explained the digutal door lock etc- and I was in.My brother came there after for his room and asked Kim was there any food around, she said no but immediately door dashed something there for him and gave him a bag of assorted snacks!The property is beautiful, the rooms are AMAZING, I wish I had known about thos place before daughters time at UNT was done!10 STARS for Kim, and all else about this whole experience!!
