Nestled among ancient oaks and rolling horse pastures, enjoy morning coffee on your wrap around private deck, with views of horses,deer and wild turkey. vaulted ceilings, fieldstone fireplace,pristine accommodations, five vineyards within 5 miles!
First bedroom, twin beds, French doors open onto “Great Area”with kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, wide pine flooring, hearth fieldstone fireplace, full bath, beamed vaulted ceiling, open stairway to loft bedroom, queen bed, WiFi, Roku, great room French doors open to vast wrap around deck, outdoor amenities include gas grill, ample seating,dining table, direct view of grazing horses, and numerous wildlife

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

We appreciate you leaving our cottage clean. Pls strip sheets off beds, collect towels/ put in bath tub, put refuse in garbage can on deck. stainless sink in twin room used for washing dishes. Enjoy!
We will get right back to you with any questions. Elvis the cat shouldn’t be let inside. We have rescue race horses/ponies all love treats. Park in gravel area facing pastures. Please put key in door
17 acres in pastures for horses / and pugs, these and those closest to our main house are off bounds, unless accompanied by host. Enjoy the deck and grassy area around the cottage. Ok to pet horses ;)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please leave our cottage like you find it, no rearranging interior, cleaning supplies provided, barn and host property off limits. Drive SLOW!
One compressed log only in fireplace for safety. Guest’s area limited around private deck or ask about trails. Ask before feeding treats to horses
Do not give in to Elvis( farm mascot cat) he will beg to go into cottage! We raise pugs. Ask before petting, no guest dogs near host dogs. Thnx!
