This professionally cleaned condo is a large 2-story, 1800 square feet property and features 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, central air, washer, dryer, and fully loaded kitchen. High speed Internet access is available. Guests can enjoy Cable TV in all bedrooms with widescreen HDTV in the family room. The condo features a large, ground-level second master bedroom unit, accessible for elderly, physically challenged, or families with little children. The lower level bedroom has its own full bath and locks off from the upper unit for extra privacy.

The condo is fully furnished and has a two-car garage with one driveway spot and off street parking for more cars. No beach tags are needed. Bring your own linens, towels, beach chairs, and other beach items. Available for rent by families only.

Great stay in Wildwood

It was great. Very spacious and clean. Had no problems at all. Amit was very prompt in responding during the whole process. We were all very impressed. Would definitely rent this property again.

Long Weekend Family Fun !

Amit's home is very comfortable and is in a great location. We are a family of five with 3 adult kids with significant others and there was plenty of room for more. Kitchen was well stocked. We especially liked parking for 3 cars. We would definitely come back!!

Great house, great spot

Great location near the boardwalk. Less than 3 blocks away from the boardwalk and you're close to Morey's Pier. Great amenities and love the separate bedroom on another floor that provides additional privacy. Kitchen is well stocked with items for all your cooking pleasures. The only issue was that the freezer wasn't working before our stay, but ultimately worked after it got defrosted. Great stay overall!

Fun stay at Wildwood in the middle of activity

Our family of ten enjoyed a week together at this condo. The condo provided us with the space we needed near the boardwalk and beach. The condo is clean and spacious. The furniture in the living room was not comfortable, as the couches have no support. Otherwise, great place.

Good location

The location is convenient. But we ask for the owner to provide sheets & towels , even if if we had to pay additional money cause we were on a motorcycle. He said he would. When we got there no sheets or pillow cases.

Great property in an awesome location

This place was great! Exactly as advertised and included all comforts of living. The kitchen is fully stocked and it was a pleasure to cook every day — the knives were sharp and the pots and pans in excellent condition (great in-tact non-stick coating! You know these kinds of things can be a guessing game with rentals)! The beds were comfortable and the internet was fast with good wifi reception throughout the house. We also really appreciated access to half of the garage for storing beach equipment and one car. The balcony was also great for breakfast and evening relaxation!

Very nice unit!

We booked a Saturday to Saturday for four adults and three teenagers. I was very happy the owner touched base with me the day before we were scheduled to arrive, once we checked in, and reminded us throughout the week of trash pickup. Having rented condos in other states, I know pictures can be deceiving but, this place is as spacious as it seems. Good water pressure, lovely balcony, lots of room for all seven of us. The unit is very close to the boardwalk where we walked to get ice cream every day. A definite recommendation.

A few too many rules.

The bed distribution was different from the posting but managed to work. Lots of combos to remember and rules of the house and neighborhood, etc. Did not see many others in neighborhood follow rules we were told were neighborhood rules. Many people outside after 11 and 12 laughing and talking.

Great Location and Spacious

Great location and plenty of room. The side entrance to the lower-level master suite was a huge plus. This unit also had outstanding water pressure which has been an issue with other rentals in the Wildwood’s. The owner communicated well, and the rental was as described. The check in process was very detailed and left room for error. There are 3 key codes and 2 keys required to use the property. Making everything the same 4-digit code would be ideal but that may be difficult to maintain considering high rental turnover. Overall, it was an outstanding rental except for dealing with multiple entry codes and keys after a day of consuming adult beverages. Highly Recommend this rental!

Fantastic experience!

Such a great location! Just a few minutes walk to the boardwalk, main piers and the beach. The property is very clean, and even more warm and inviting than in the photos. Really nice layout with the secondary space on the ground level, with tons of space for our family (5 adults and 2 kids). The balcony was big enough for a few to gather comfortable at once. Host was really responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Spacious and Nice Home

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this rental. It was very spacious and super close to the beach. The master bedrooms were good size. For the most part it was really clean. I would stay here again. One suggestion would be to provide some linen for the beds or towels. But I understand it could be difficult to maintain and clean them. Thanks for being a great host!

Better then expected

We absolutely loved staying here. The distance from the beach was a very short walk, maybe 3 minutes. We were able to park 3 cars in driveway/garage. The spaciousness and cleanliness was great. Talking to Amit was such a pleasure and he went above and beyond my expectations. We are all definitely going to stay here In the future ! You have to bring your own towels, sheets, pillow cases, toilet paper etc which was new to me, but not really a problem. My favorite part was the entire lower level was a big bedroom with a couch and it’s own bathroom ! All in all this was such a great experience for us :-)
