This was a perfect home for my dad and me! If you want a mountain experience, the location is perfect! The house is clean with a great layout. We enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. We would stay in this house again!

Perfect !!

Exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of space, hot tub and pool table were nice to have on site. We saw lots of deer every day on our dive up and down, we even saw a couple of turkeys. The view was beautiful.

The cabin, itself, on the inside was just as the photos described-perfection! It was very clean and the perfect amount of space! The yard, not so much. We checked in late on our first night and it was so dark-and you’re in the middle of the woods. I honestly felt a little uneasy; but as soon as we walked inside, my nerves were calm. Again, the inside of this cabin is perfect! You can’t park right at the cabin and the walk from where you park to inside the cabin is down a thick gravel hill. I would think if you have any type of walking issue, it would be very hard to navigate. Also, the road you have to drive up on isn’t state maintained and is gravel part of the way. Very much isolated. If that’s what you’re looking, this place is perfect!

I am not sure why you are leaving a review that is very misleading. house is in the middle of Talking Rock Creek Resort. In the middle of the community, not in the middle of the woods. The gravel area is very manageable, and walkable, and we have never had an issue with guests on this property. We don't allow parking there because of the incline and gravel; you would need a 4-wheel drive, so we have you park 60 feet uphill from the home. The road you drive up is paved all the way and maintain by the resort. County maintenance is not allowed in the community. again with misleading information. The only gravel part is Hanna drive which is at the top of the mountain and flst and is the las1/4 mile. Also hour is not isolated, you have neighbor across the street and 8 houses on hanna drive in the first quarter mile. This house is on top of a mountain. I am not sure what you expected when you booked our place in the mountains and the drive up.
