As you step inside, you are greeted by a thoughtfully designed interior that blends modern comforts with a touch of local flair. The studio boasts an open-concept layout, allowing for seamless movement between the well-appointed living area, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen. Whether you are whipping up a quick meal or savoring a cup of freshly brewed coffee, you'll find everything you need to cater to your culinary cravings.
This is a larger studio-style unit with a full kitchen and full bathroom both stocked with cooking/cleaning essentials needed for a week or weekend stay!
The gray sofa sleeper bed fulls out flat and can sleep up to 2 people. We have some extra pillows, sheets, and blankets in the unit too!
This listing does not include parking spaces. There are usually plenty of street parking spaces nearby!

- We do NOT allow late check out. There is a charge of $25/10 min after 11AM.
- Must 25+ to book
- No parties/smoking in the home ($500 fine) If house rules are broken, guest forfeit their right to leave a review.
- NO OUTSIDE GUESTS (all guests must be included in reservation total) unless approved by the host, $100 per unauthorized guest each night).
- $500 fine per night for any unauthorized pets. This listing is not pet friendly!
- If a security team is called due to an infraction of the house rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team ($500 minimum) and the duration of the reservation, even if removed by the security team due to the infraction.
- Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest.
- We do have Ring Cameras outside the property. Any blocking of the cameras will lead to an automatic eviction, forfeiture of security deposit, no refund and a fine. Please do not block these cameras.
- Please no burning of candles, incense, or anything else in the home. If done, this will be treated as “smoking” in our house rules. Thank you.
