I liked being on the 26th floor. the view was great. I had to wait 1 hour in the lobby to get approval from the owners then I waited another hour because they forgot to indicate the room number. The desk clerks tried to help me find the room number. I missed dinner with my son as a result! The shower fan was so noisy that people in the hallway heard it. It was sooo irritating There was no kleenex in the room to wipe my face. Never again!!!!
