Big TVs for streaming movies for a night in. We are a locally managed property. So we r there for any questions or needs you may have. Because we are Nashville residents we have a vast knowledge of what’s hot and what’s not! We want your stay to be an enjoyable one! Let us know how we can help.
Why they chose this property
Right along 12 South. Minutes to 12 South shopping and restaurants. Head north and your minutes to the Gulch or Broadway. Cant find a more centrally located property. Scooters or uber to anywhere quick. Scooters are usually on the corner right in front of us.
What makes this property unique
Remodeled 2025, upscale modern decor and all the essentials u need for a great stay in Nash! Amazing rooftop on the highest peak along 12 South which over looks the Downtown skyline. Awesome views from the den, master bedroom, and of course the rooftop. Lots of custom touches.
