-Load all Dishes in dishwasher and run it. -Clean out refrigerator of all food and beverages. BAG ANY THAT IS TRASH. -feel free to leave any alcohol at the bar for next guest if u so choose.
-Take all kitchen trash out to trash container on side of garage. MAKE SURE ALL TRASH IS IN TRASH BAGS. -Pile all dirty towels on floor by washing machine. -Turn off all lights.
-Close and lock all doors upon exiting. Including garage door. -Please return all rooftop outdoor couch cushions and bean bags to storage bins before checkout.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
1. Respect the house like it was your own. 2. Return moved items to original places. 3. Keep the partying to Broadway.
4. Bag all trash before taking out to trash can. 5. Close and lock windows, doors securely.
6. No parties or home abuse tolerated. 7. Respect neighbors, manage noise Please return all outdoor couch cushions to storage bins before checkout.

Why they chose this property

Right along 12 South. Minutes to 12 South shopping and restaurants. Head north and your minutes to the Gulch or Broadway. Cant find a more centrally located property. Scooters or uber to anywhere quick. Scooters are usually on the corner right in front of us.

Remodeled 2025, upscale modern decor and all the essentials u need for a great stay in Nash! Amazing rooftop on the highest peak along 12 South which over looks the Downtown skyline. Awesome views from the den, master bedroom, and of course the rooftop. Lots of custom touches.
