We stay in VRBO a lot. This one was truly outstanding. The host did a fantastic job presenting the property, if anything the online photos do not do the property justice. It was a really comfortable 6 days which was just great from the moment we walked in until we walked out.

Great stay and great host!

We had a great stay at Tim's place. The house was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Check in & out was super easy and Tim was very responsive if we needed anything. Very nice touches in the house including beautiful fresh flowers in each room-Tim even left us fresh berries from the local market. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

This apartment is beautiful, large, and very clean. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. You can walk to a grocery store, Starbucks and pharmacy, and there is also bus service nearby. There are beautiful views of the city from the deck off one of the bedrooms. The host was very kind and thoughtful. We hope to stay there again in future.

The house was impeccable! Perfect for our stay during granddaughter's graduation. Very clean, and well stocked with dishes, pots and pans (we cooked once: breakfast because we visited family the rest of the time.) The only minor complaint was there was no decaf coffee or tea, but not enough to not give them a 5 star rating. Would stay there again!

Beautiful home with beautiful view

Tim is a fantastic host. The home was spotless, included everything we could need (including beautiful fresh flowers on the table and some drinks in the fridge). Highly recommend this property. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Tim’s place amazed. Fresh flowers throughout the home. Top of the line kitchen appliances and kitchenware. Tiled Bathroom afforded both large shower and tub. Great views off the master bedroom deck and bay views front the large front windows. Convent location with quick pickups from Lyft and Waymo. We greatly appreciated Tim’s farmer’s market and parting gifts. He outdid himself and we thank him.

Lovely home away from home around Twin Peaks

We loved our stay in this beautifully updated two bedroom one bath flat near UCSF with gourmet birds eye maple kitchen, tastefully redone marble bathroom, great views, and forested park trails you can access in the neighborhood. The owner was a great communicator and brightened our stay with flowers, beverages, and fresh organic berries. Hoping to return.

Great place with beautiful views

We stayed here recently during a short trip to San Francisco. Location is really nice - not close to restaurants (in case you are traveling without a car) but the neighborhood is very quiet/residential and the views from the back balcony are fantastic! Tim was an excellent host (he lives just downstairs) and had everything in perfect order for our arrival - including cold drinks. The beds are quite comfortable and the kitchen is very nicely outfitted

Great Twin Peaks flat with helpful owner on property. Second floor two bedroom unit with great kitchen and bathroom. Beds are quite firm. Rules are reasonable.

Beautiful flat in wonderful neighborhood

This flat was amazingly appointed with gorgeous furniture and high end appliances. Beautiful views and luxurious beds. Wonderful to wake up to great views off the bedrooms. And so clean and quiet. Charming neighborhood. The host made sure we were comfortable and even spoiled us with SF farm fresh fruit. Fresh flowers a nice touch. We would love to stay here again when we visit SF.

Perfect getaway in San Francisco

This host and property fulfill all that is good about a private rental. Every aspect exceeded our expectations and we enjoyed our stay so very much. Our host was perfectly hospitable and had anticipated every question and need. Above and beyond for sure. The place felt like home right away and was perfectly set up and equipped with top of the line items from linens to kitchen and every aspect throughout apartment. Clean, very comfortable, beautifully decorated and cozy, safe, quiet place and neighborhood. We loved it and look forward to returning.

Wonderful in every wat

I can't say enough good things about our experience here. We interacted with the host on several occasions which I haven't done at other locations, and he was just the best. Gave us excellent recommendations and was friendly and courteous and made us feel at home and welcome. The location is convenient to everything and we had no trouble going to China Town, the harbor, and everywhere else we wanted. The home itself is very nice, clean, modern, great shower, I really can't express how great an experience it was. Stay here, you'll be glad you did

Perfect Getaway!

We had an amazing stay in San Francisco. The appartement was just perfect. And in a great neighborhood. It was spacious, clean, beautiful decor and had great views. Tim was a perfect host. There was plenty of room. The living room had a fireplace. Fresh fragrant flowers were arranged in multiple rooms. The kitchen was gorgeous and fully equiped. Our host made our check in/out seamless. We will definitely be back and highly recommend.

This carefully maintained aerie is just minutes from downtown SF and is a joyful respite from the city. Tim is an attentive and kind host and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Stylish decor, lovely and very clean wood floors and a fireplace make it a cozy place to call home.
