Charming beach cottage located in the highly sought after residential Gas Lamp Section of Manhattan Beach. It is only a 15 minute drive from LAX. Just 6 blocks to downtown shops, fine restaurants, pubs and the Manhattan Beach Pier. It is located only 5 blocks to the beach, bike path, volleyball and tennis courts. You can walk to just about everything Manhattan Beach has to offer and come home to a quiet cottage. The location is unbeatable !.
The cottage features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, and a den/TV room. Built in 1940 and lovingly maintained over the years- It's quaint, cozy and very clean.
The house is suited for a couple who love the simple things in life.
