This immaculate 4 bed/3bath 2200 sq ft cabin has the master bedroom and bath downstairs along with a guest bedroom and bath. Upstairs has two bedrooms, bath and plenty of storage and closet space. In the well-provisioned kitchen, you will find everything you need to make meal preparation easy. Local amenities include a catch & release fishing pond, volleyball, tennis and basketball courts, and a children's playground. Nearby Bison Town offers a restaurant, shops and horseback riding in the National Forest. Heber-Overgaard are an ATV/UTV enthusiasts dream with many miles of off-road trails to explore in the area.

During the summer, Overgaard is 25-30 degrees cooler than Phoenix and surrounding areas. And, the outdoors are as inviting as the air conditioned indoors. Spend time on the huge patios, BBQ on the gas grill, or just relax on the expansive decks. The patio pavers and lush green grass give ample area for family gatherings, entertaining or relaxing and enjoying the beauty of the area. Enjoy the shade from the tall pine trees on the patio, which offers a welcome break from the high-altitude sun! Fine Print: Minimum rental age is 25. This is a non-smoking home located in a quiet residential neighborhood – we ask that you respect our neighbors with quiet time from 10 pm to 7 am. There are no fireworks allowed on the property. If you decide to bring up a trailer to the cabin for your ATVs please notify us ahead of time and be sure the trailers are parked in the driveway. The house and yard are included in the rental, the garage is not open or available to renters.
