Family friendly island cottage! This dog friendly, 3-bedroom 2 bath, fully furnished home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood off of the main road. It is only a 5-minute walk to beach access. The screened in porch allows for morning coffee while the sun rises or watching the kids playing in the yard. There is ample room for 2 cars off street parking. The well-appointed kitchen has modern appliances and updated features. Washer and dryer are available. There is an outdoor shower for removing sand when coming home from the beach. Free fast internet via Wi-Fi for those who need to pretend they are working.

Perfect quaint beach town

Very nice beach house, new furniture and well appointed! Easy walk to the beach! Safe, quiet neighborhood! Family enjoyed and host responded quickly to questions! Would definitely stay here again! Great location and very comfortable for a family! Plenty of towels and beach accessories!

Charming cottage on a quiet street... Just a quick walk to the beach. I was here in the off-season-- mid-December--and while a lot was closed, I loved the solitude. The house is very well appointed. Very comfortable king size bed in the master bedroom. Master bedroom bathroom is small as others have noted but quite functional and second bathroom is quite spacious. This was a perfect home for me and my two small dogs and I think it would be ideal for a smaller family with little kids. Great kitchen with everything you could need . Colleen was an excellent communicator.

Terrific vacation rental!

We had an amazing stay at the sand castle! The house was stocked with all the essentials. The proximity to everything on the island was ideal. We lucked out on terrific weather. The owner was super responsive and accommodating. 10/10!

Such a perfect spot- about 5-6 houses down from the beach access, so approximately a 2 minute walk! Located on a quiet side street, our kids loved riding bikes around the neighborhood. There were lots of beach supplies like coolers, chairs, beach towels, and boogie boards. The home was well-kept, clean, and stocked with everything you could need. My only recommendation is that the owner should get some glass plates so there's something microwave safe for warming up leftovers on. Thanks so much for sharing your property with us!

Get away

The stay was amazing. It was close enough to walk to the beach with no problems. Yet, it still felt off the path. The yard was amazing for our dog to run around in. They had all the beach essentials and then some. Colleen was so fast with replying to questions and concerns. All in all a great place to bring the family.

I love the Grand Oak trees and the yard space for the grandkids to play. The short walk to the beach is amazing. The off-street parking and the ground level home makes access simple.
