Our design focus was to make a product that was functional, stylish, and most of all comfortable.
It was our goal to steer away from the traditional short-term rental designs often mimicked across the industry.

We hope you find fullfilment and satisfaction in our product.

Living Room:
Step into the living room featuring an elegant leather couch, complemented by two plush armchairs resting on sturdy British wood frames. A 55-inch SmartTV and tasteful artwork seamlessly connect this space to the adjacent kitchen.

Kitchen:
Recently renovated with a blend of contemporary and cozy elements, the kitchen boasts ample cabinet space and a convenient coffee bar. Its standout feature is the workstation sink, equipped with built-in ledges for accessories like cutting boards and drying racks, making meal prep a breeze. And yes, there's a garbage disposal too.

Bedroom 1 (Guest):
Unwind in the sleek and modern ambiance of the guest bedroom, furnished with a Queen Size bed crafted from rich acacia wood. Complete with closet space, dresser, and nightstands, this room offers comfort and style.

Bedroom 2 (Main):
Experience tranquility in the main bedroom, featuring a solid wood King bed with a walnut stain, designed with Japanese carpentry principles. Alongside a walk-in closet, nightstands, and a dresser, this space embodies simplicity and comfort.

Laundry:
Convenience meets efficiency with the Electrolux LuxCare stackable washer and dryer in the main bedroom, accompanied by ample storage. Need dry cleaning? Big B's dry cleaners, just a few blocks away, has you covered.

Workspace:
For productivity and comfort, the main bedroom also provides a private workspace, complete with a desk, chair, keyboard, lamp, outlets, and a 32-inch monitor.

Bathroom:
All your essentials are at your fingertips in the well-appointed bathroom, from hairdryers to toiletries like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and shampoo, ensuring a seamless stay.

We opted for luxury towel bath mats. You don’t share towels, why share bath mats?


Porch:
Relax and unwind on the screened back porch, furnished with cozy cushions and Acadia wood-framed loveseats, perfect for enjoying the outdoors in comfort.
