At my minimalist apartment. You'll first arrive to a beautiful and bright modernly decorated lobby with vaulted ceilings and be greeted by a professional and smiling concierge, who will let you up to a 2BR flat located in the 4th floor. Up to 4 persons can enjoy a Spanish shower and then sleep in a luxurious queen bed. In the building, you can stay in modern co-working area in the rooftop. The place is pretty close to the Malecón as well as the best bars and restaurants. Enjoy it!
Other things to note
JACUZZI AND POOL

- Pool usage requires a minimum booking of 2 nights.
- Enjoy the jacuzzi for $10 per 90 minutes. Please request a reservation from the host at least one day in advance.
- If you'd like to reserve a chaise lounge in the pool area, kindly check with the host beforehand.

YOGA GYM

- Reserve one hour in the Yoga Gym by contacting the host at least one day in advance.

PARKING, BIKES & SURFBOARD

- If you require a parking slot, please inform the host in advance ($5 per night).
Bikes are available for rental in 2-hour slots: $10 for one bike, $15 for two.
- We offer a Minimalibu Surfboard (7`9) rental for $15 (up to 5 hours) or $20 for the full day.

HOUSEKEEPING

- A complimentary cleaning is provided prior to your arrival. Additional cleanings can be scheduled for $15 each.
- Receive a change of towels every 3 days at no extra cost.

I booked this property three days in advance, but when I arrived it was completely unclean from the previous guest. The host told me, “There are clean sheets in the closet—you can get through tonight and I’ll refund you.” That was unacceptable. I did not stay, and I had to leave late at night to find another hotel. Things happen, but this place looked like it was not cleaned in a few days after the previous guest. The host only refunded the portion he was paid, but Expedia/VRBO has not refunded the rest. I even added insurance to this booking, yet nothing has been done to help me. I showed proof that I booked days prior, but the host still tried to claim it was a last-minute booking. The unit had bugs, flies, and clearly had not been cleaned properly. This was a very disappointing experience, and I am requesting a full refund from Expedia/VRBO. Photos are attached as proof.
