We had such a lovely stay at this property. It felt relatively centrally located to get to see so many great sites but remote enough that it was private and quiet at night. The walks to Friar’s Bay and Happy Bay beach are beautiful but if anyone has mobility issues, just be aware that they are Rocky/hilly/uneven. The property manager was especially responsive when we had issues with the WiFi and brought someone out to install a whole new starlink dedicated for this apartment. If you are sensitive to sound, you can hear the people in the villa above but it really was not bad at all. The mattresses are more firm than we are used to in the United States but nights were nice and quiet and the air-conditioning works really well so sleep was easy. The kitchen was really well provisioned with anything you need for cooking and baking, and even had a lot of spices as well as oil available. To get to the front door, you do have to go down a steep walking path that is paved so again if you have mobility issues that may be a bit tricky. I definitely would stay here again!

Happy View apartment is a wonderful option for a couple or small family looking for a quiet, ocean front rental with walking distance to a beautiful, almost private beach. The apartment is comfortable and well appointed. Nearby Happy Bay beach is very pretty and quiet. This is a great rental property. The apartment is also close to Grand Case and Marigot and only about 20 minutes to Orient Beach.

Why they chose this property

What I particularly like about this neighborhood is its calm and tranquility. You can walk to Happy Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, which has remained wild and preserved. The house is also very close to Grand Case, famous for its restaurants, Lolos and authentic atmosphere.

And then there is the view of the Caribbean Sea, which I never get tired of, at any time of the day. Finally, the neighborhood is secure, which makes the stay even more serene.
