DETAILS: Once you step through the front door, you will find marble floors and rich woods teaming together to create an elegant beach atmosphere. The living room leads to a beautiful balcony offering a front-row seat to the breathtaking sunsets and sunrises over the shimmering water. This living room is adjacent to the recently renovated kitchen, featuring brand new appliances and gulf views! There is a guest bedroom on the main floor with a king bed and flat-screen TV. From the main level, you can travel downstairs to a perfect getaway for the kids. There are 2 sets of bunk beds and a Queen bed with a flat-screen TV, as well as a beautiful view overlooking the coast. The outdoor wooden furniture and propane grill make this the perfect area for family gatherings or a 4th of July barbecue. On the third floor of the home, you will find the Primary bedroom with a king bed, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and newly renovated primary bath that features an oversized tub, shower, and access to your own private balcony. Down the hall are two guest bedrooms, both with a private bathroom with a shower only. Whether you are one large family or a group of families vacationing together, this home is ideal for making long-lasting memories on 30A.

Everything was excellent. The only thing I would say is if any maintenance needs to be done in the house, please try and do that when guests are not renting the house.

Perfect Spring Break Trip

This house is amazing and on a fabulous part of Blue Mountain beach. The surrounding area has lots of restaurants and shops. It was perfect for our group of teens and adults. The management company was very responsive and easy to work with. We will definitely be back.

Enjoyed our stay!

Great location, lots of bike trails, gorgeous beach, beautiful house. We loved it. Couches in the den are completely worn out and badly in need of replacement. TV in upstairs master is ancient and needs to be replaced.

Right on the beach

We had enjoyed our stay at the house, the location on the beach can't be beat. Plenty of space for everyone, well stocked kitchen, beautiful views from the balconies. Communication with the host was quick. I'd say the floors could be cleaner and the trash cans outside were not taken care of, smelly with old garbage compacted in the bins. The management company needs to arrange for it to be emptied after every guest.

Great property ! Just fix the AC upstairs

What an amazing property and view with private beach access it was amazing. The golf cart was a special touch and the beds were comfortable. It was crazy hot there outside so I can underarms the issues with the air conditioning but we had alarms and leaks and issues with the system that was frustrating but understandable. We would definitely come back though super amazing place

Wonderful stay

The house was exactly what we were looking for; on the beach, close to shops and restaurants, plenty of amenities like bikes, a golf cart, and pool access. It was perfect for our family. We cooked everyday and had plenty of dish ware and utensils. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked well, and everyone had a great time. My only suggestion would be to leave more detailed instructions on how to work the remotes in the main living room. There were some tense moments when we could not get our college game on. 😁 I highly recommend this property and would gladly stay again.

The house was great for our large family get together. Plenty of room inside and out. Grilled worked great. Cooktop not so much but we had a propane burner with us so wasn't an issue. Super easy beach access, great views from just about anywhere in the house. The 360 management was great to work with. Extremely comfortable master bed! Didn't want to leave!!

What joy and relaxation found during our family vacay. God provided spectacular weather, marine life, breathtaking sunsets, and laughter. Our family so enjoyed Blue Mt Beach with the house exceeding our expectations: as Vrbo photos depicted,well equipped, superb location, generous beach gear/toys, and thoughtful information of community. The golf cart was additional fun for bakery, carry out, and creamery runs. Our only complaint was saying goodbye. See ya next time!

July 2016 Stay

Great property for our family reunion. It was spacious and tastefully decorated. The gulf views and white silky sand beach are "to die for". The kitchen was well stocked and large enough for fixing meals for our large group. We enjoyed using the bikes, spent hours on the beach and on the decks enjoying the spectacular views. Our only hiccup was expecting two aunts to sleep in the twin "bedroom". It was adequate for two children but not adults. The photo made it look larger than it is. Overall, we had a great time and have no regrets.

NOT ENOUGH BATHROOM TOWELS AND WASH CLOTHS. NO OUTSIDE HOSE TO WATER PLANTS. HAD FLAT FIRE ON ONE OF BIKES AND NEVER FIXED IT TO THE DAY WE LEFT. EMAILED 3 TIMES ABOUT IT. NOTICED IRRIGATION WAS NOT WORKING.

Location and views amazing, but expected more luxury for that price. Also, was so excited to use the 360 app for concierge service, but I ordered a bike, and it never came. Called to talk to someone and she told me they were out of bikes, and that there were a lot of new workers. Promised one by the end of the day, but still no bike. Called the next morning and was told to try a different agency. I called a different bike service, and had a bike at my door in less than 30 minutes.

Very disappointed

The management company 360 Blue was terrible communication wise. Would always wait at least 5 min then leave a voicemail and never get a call back. The upstairs HVAC didn’t work for the first 3 days and that’s where the majority of the bedrooms are. There was mold in every bathroom and we would’ve cleaned it if there were any supplies available. I hope the owners become aware of how terrible their property is managed and address it because otherwise the house is nice and the location is ideal for a large group.

August 2016 Stay

We just returned from our awesome week in Santa Rosa. We loved the location. We were 1.8 miles from the town square of Santa Rosa and 4.5 miles from the awesome town of Seaside. We loved having the bikes and we biked to both towns. The bike ride to Seaside is an easy ride. We also loved biking up the block to go get ice cream at night!! The only downfall of the place is on the bottom floor where the grill is. We were so excited about our private beach and it's far from that. It's just all rocked and if you didn't have shoes on, it killed your feet! Also chairs weren't all set up like in the picture. The grill is filthy and needs to be replaced and probably covered. There was also a broken bench to one of the tables down there. These are minor things, but should be fixed. If need chairs for beach don't rent from here. The independent chair guy who sat chairs out charged 85.00 for 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas for the week as opposed to 150.00 for only 2 chairs and one umbrella for the week through 360. He also pi

This Blue Mountain Beach House was so beautiful! Plenty of space for all 12 of us. The kitchen was nice and large. The ocean view of the beach was wonderful. We were just a few steps from the beach each day. The bikes and golf cart were a lot of fun. Our family had a wonderful time together for the Christmas Holiday. It was a really cold week for Florida and the bunk room heater was not working in that room. We appreciated management’s attempt to repair it, but it was unresolved. They didn’t have any space heaters to help alleviate the cold room. BUT, the reason for our ONE STAR rating is due to an unexpected email from management two weeks after our stay that they charged our credit card several thousand dollars, claiming we had an unauthorized pet in the house. We were charged $4000 for the cleaning and replacing the furniture. This was a huge mistake on their part as we absolutely did not have a pet during our stay. We are in the process of disputing these charges with multiple phone calls to 360 Blue management. They have yet to return our calls to discuss this matter. We have also disputed the charges through our credit card company and will continue to fight this claim. We will change our rating for this review when the false pet charges are dropped.
