A DELIGHTFUL AND ROMANTIC FLAT FOR TWO Located in a listed Georgian building this gorgeous 50 M2 apartment is the perfect stay for those who are searching both absolute quietness and the best of the London life. It is warm, cosy, very silent and full of atmosphere with its typical British features. As it is south facing and equipped with wide french doors opening onto the garden it is also very bright.
It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely living room with a comfortable sofa and an office corner, a spacious bedroom and a full bathroom. You will appreciate our KING SIZE BED, (1,80m) that can be made into twins on request upon booking. The garden comes with a table and chairs for 4. There you will enjoy jasmine and collection plants and also the shadow of the mature trees of one of the most beautiful Georgian squares in London, Porchester Square.
In addition, the flat offers superfast WIRELESS internet access, PRINTER, impressive SAMSUNG 52' LED DVD player, fire alarm, and entryphone.

The Best of London at Your Fingertips Our fantastic location will allow you walking access to the most vibrant places of Notting Hill, the famous Portobello Market and via a short stroll to Hyde Park. Close also Little Venice one of the most charming neighbourhoods with its boat restaurants on the canals (10’ walk). You are also well connected to other several London landmarks such as renowned Royal Albert Hall and a variety of museums, Science, Natural History and Victoria and Albert to name but a few, all unmissable during your stay in our wonderful city.

It was a very pleasant stay. Very quiet and loved the back garden. The kitchen had everything I needed. I would highly recommend this place. Also very good neighborhood.
The flat is in an amazing location, and is super-clean! It has anything you could possibly need--the most generously stocked flat I've stayed in. Beds were incredibly comfortable, and Maria was so welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this flat for cleanliness, comfortableness, and location.
This flat is lovely, clean, and very well-located. Our host's agent met us at the flat and introduced us to the property. She was extremely welcoming and helpful.
Our host Maria greeted us at the apartment and showed us all the amenities. The apartment has excellent amenities and is near shopping and restaurants and about a 5 minute walk from the subway, making it easy to get around London. There is a nice garden at the back which provides a nice quiet area for relaxing.
We stayed at this amazing property for four nights. Everything was amazing from cleanliness to appointment to location. We travel to London frequently and this will be our go to place for future visits!
Excellent location, near to everything. Apartment was spacious and well equipped. The garden was a bonus and was used. Maria was lovely and met us on arrival and departure. It helped to be told how things worked in the apartment and amenities that were close by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a fine time at the flat, and Maria cheerfully showed us how everything worked at check in. The flat is about ten minutes walking from Paddington station. We got from Heathrow to Paddington station (Heathrow Express) in about 15 minutes. There is a fully-stocked grocery store two blocks away, and many fine pubs and shops around Bayswater Station, also less than 10 minutes away. Royal Oak station may be a bit closer to the flat, but oddly, we never went there, as Paddington is such a central hub for everything. Plenty of towels, blankets, dishes, etc. We cooked quite a bit, and only wished there was at least one pan with a non-stick surface. The street is quiet, with very little traffic, and there is a nice park/playground behind. We had everything we needed for a nice visit to London.

The place was exactly as described on the website. The property manager Maria was wonderful. We were welcomed to the residence by Nigel. The place was spotless and calm. We had everything we needed. It was located very close to tube stations and well connected with sightseeing places within easy reach. Will visit again.

Property was clean and well stocked. Bed was large and very comfortable. Small gardan patio was a great feature.
On our last morning a fox came and made himself at home on the patio.
Very lovely apartment with an outdoor garden on square. Every convenience one could want in a long or short stay. The manager Maria was fantastic. We really felt like we were home.

This lovely property feels very homely with a lot of little extras provided. Location was fantastic for us and extremely close to a number of tube lines. We would definitely recommend this property and wouldn't hesitate to stay again - more so in the cooler months as there isn't any air conditioning.
My wife and I stayed for a week and could have stayed longer. The flat has everything that you need, including a good kitchen, and is very close to Royal Oak tube station. There is a nice outdoor space. It’s walking distance to restaurants, Hyde Park and Notting Hill.

Why they chose this property
We love London. We have seen at least 150 flats before buying this one. A lot were terrible although quite expensive. We fall in love with this one and the privacy that separate rooms offer. Many apartments in London have small beds. We wanted a king size. We love the quietness of the place which is really unusual in London, a very hectic and noisy city. The garden is fairly big compared to what we have seen.
What makes this property unique
Porchester is so ideally located that you can access everywhere very conveniently. Heathrow is at 15 minutes. All sorts of shops and restaurants are available day and nights the all week long, elegant or casual.
