We had an excellent stay! Meg, the host, was responsive and helpful while also respecting our privacy. The apartment’s downtown location made it easy to walk to local shops, restaurants, a coffee shop, and even an outdoor market. Loudonville has some charming shops and a few excellent dining options, and the apartment was also a short drive to our event at Mohican Wilderness Campground. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The bed was cozy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The living room is on the smaller side but nicely set up for watching TV. There’s a loveseat and chair rather than recliners, which may matter if you prefer to lounge while watching—but for us, it wasn’t an issue since we spent most of our time exploring.A couple of things to note for potential renters: access is by a staircase, so it may be challenging for those with mobility concerns. Meg does have a downstairs apartment that might be a better fit in that case. Also, being downtown, you can expect some road noise; if you’re sensitive, you may want to bring earplugs.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a convenient, clean, and comfortable base while enjoying all that Loudonville and the surrounding area have to offer.
