Sunny Daze Cottage is a completely remodeled 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage at the Villager Resort on Lake Cumberland. It offers a large outdoor covered deck, stack washer/dryer, modern kitchen, dining room & bathroom and sleeps up to 8. It is located within the Villager Resort with amenities including a private overnight boat slip, a motorized tram to take you down to the private boat dock, in-ground pool, arcade game room, firepit, shelter house, basketball and pickle-ball courts. It's a family friendly, safe resort where your family can make lasting memories together. We are within 10 minutes of Somerset, KY which boasts many restaurants, shopping, and supplies. It is the largest town on Lake Cumberland.

Location in the resort was great for our grandsons to be able to move about freely and enjoy the pool and the recreation room all very clean. The home was nice and just what we needed no more no less thank you for letting us stay.

Great Stay!

Such a well equipped, clean, nicely decorated cottage with thoughtful necessities like extra chargers and extension cords! New roof over the patio came in handy when it rained one evening.

Annual 4th of July Trip

We absolutely love the Villager Resort! We’ve stayed several times over the years, but this particular house and location has been our favorite so far. The home was spotless upon arrival and stocked with all the necessities to make our stay comfortable and easy. One of the highlights was the covered porch—it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind in the evenings. Can’t wait to come back!

Everything we wanted

Been coming to this area for years and this is the cabin I’ve always wished we had! Renovations were perfect, cabin was perfect size for my family and friends that came. We will be back!

Such a cute well appointed cottage. Clean and comfortable! Excellent communication with owner. We enjoyed being out on the deck in the evenings with family. Had everything we needed. Hope to return next year.

This cottage was perfect for our family!! Our teenagers loved their own space and there was plenty of room to relax after a day of boating on beautiful Lake Cumberland. The thing I liked the most was the little thoughtful things that they have done to make it more like home. The extras like cozy blankets, covered porch with lots of seating, a bean bag for the teens, and a kitchen with everything you need as well. Thank you to the hosts for a great stay!! We will be back!!
