The Kihei Bay Vista complex and condo is one of the best and most desirable locations, due to the size of condos and complex. Only 60 units and 2 stories, you are located just across from Kalepolepo Beach and Sugar Beach area. The condo is equipped with everything you would want/need for your stay, from fully set up kitchen, washer/dryer, TV, electronics, iron/iron board, beach gear, free internet, linens, queen bed in bedroom w/TV and queen sofa sleeper in living area, etc. The large lanai is the most wonderful place to watch the whales during season, enjoy Maui's amazing sunsets or just to sit and enjoy a beverage and book. BBQ grills are on site to cook that great meal. A large pool and hot tub are located in the center of the complex, for R&R on the days you want to soak up the Maui sun.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Watch out for angry aggressive people around the BBQ, who will cuss you out for using the BBQ. Besides that, great place!

Best place to see turtles

I have been coming here for the last 15 years nothing is changed absolutely beautiful grounds. The condo was immaculate fully equipped with beach gear. I would recommend to anybody come to our way to stay here. Also, recommend a free car to go through Kihei car rental

Maui vacation

We stayed here last month and the condo worked out perfectly. We were up early to walk across the street to see the turtles in the mornings and centrally located for all other activities. The pool was great for the late afternoons once the trade winds picked up. No complaints and no issues during our stay. Thank you!

Great space for a vacation

Our time at the rental went very well. Unit ended up being more spacious than originally thought. The unit was well stocked with items for cooking and was nice having in suite laundry. The beach chairs for use were awesome and made things much nicer well on the beach. Would recommend and stay again.

Don't miss Kathy's property if you are planning to come to Maui

We spent wonderful days in Maui and staying in Kathy's property help us a lot. The property is well located with the possibility to enjoy nice sunsets just across the street. Property interior a bit dated. Small parking spaces, even for s small car. Was mostly clean. Beach chairs and toys nice bonus. Good location, close to markets and restaurants. Easy beach access, almost guaranteed of seeing turtles. We saw lots of turtles in the fish trap and some whales in the distance.

Quiet, relaxing Maui condo in great location!

My family of three enjoyed coming back to this condo every night after our adventures all around the island. It's located in a perfect area to easily drive in any direction accessing all the must sees and dos. Our only complaint would be that the freezer smelled like fish and all our ice, in turn, smelled and tasted like fish. But I'm sure with a good cleaning, it will be fine for the next guest. Over all, I would recommend this condo! Thank you!

My first trip to Maui didn’t go to plan however it was still nice, the only issue we had was that the water in the tub drained slow and underneath the tub Mat was extremely dirty.

Blinds need replaced

Everything was good in condo except blinds in living room. Some of them had brown stains on them. They were very hard to open & close. I called on them & they came but just adjusted cord.
