Lovely property, great hosts, perfect location. We had a great stay in this cozy property. Danni had thought of everything one could need in the house, Jeff gave us great information and we were a block away from Pickleball Courts. What more could you ask for?

Great location for weekend in Newport

A great place to stay and have as our home base for the weekend. It was easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit. The host is amazing! Loved having bottled water and snacks waiting for us. It really was like a home away from home.

PERFECT SPOT!

We had the best time. First, Danielle is the SWEETEST. So knowledgeable and kind. Getting to meet her was such a treat. Her plants are amazing! The location is perfect, a great size, cozy and comfortable, and in a fantastic location. It was fun getting to be in a Newport neighborhood while only being a few minutes from town. We highly recommend staying here! It’s a perfect spot for couples in particular.

Beautiful apartment is wonderful neighborhood

We will DEFINITELY be back!

The place was perfect: private space, great kitchen, comfortable, sizable bedroom/living area, large bathroom, and even a back deck/patio with terrific landscaping and a hammock. As a bonus, our hosts were as friendly and helpful as you could imagine, doing anything they could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We will be back next time we are in Newport for sure!

More Than We Expected

After reading reviews before our stay, we knew this was going to be a great place to stay for our five weeks in Newport. We just didn't realize it would be even better and so much more than we expected! This is a great place to stay. Owners Jeff and Danielle, who live in the attached home, were incredible in their thoughtfulness and generosity in providing great treats and touches when we arrived. These folks are the best at knowing what guests need and want in a home-away-from-home. They know hospitality! You will love meeting them and seeing for yourself how they genuinely care about every detail during your stay. They wowed us thoroughly and we now have special new friends in Newport!

Fantastic Newport Gem!

How fortunate we were to find such a fantastic gem of a property in Newport, Rhode Island on a holiday weekend! Tucked away on a side street, away from the congested traffic areas but still close to all the restaurants, beaches and tourist sites, Dannielle and Jeff's property was exactly what we were looking for during a recent east coast trip to attend a wedding in Newport. This was the cleanest Homeaway property we have ever stayed at and Dannielle and Jeff made us feel so welcome the minute we pulled into the driveway! This in-law apartment is very private and spacious. Beautiful hardwood floors and soothing colors throughout the property. The private deck overlooking the gardens was such a nice respite after all the wedding festivities. We had plenty of room to unpack our formal wedding attire and the furnishings in the apartment were comfortable and inviting. Our hosts were so kind to have beverages, breakfast items and fruit stocked in the refrigerator for us (a nice surprise and greatly appreciated). The full kitchen had everything we needed and more! The spotless bathroom was very large and there were little amenities available in case we forgot to pack something. The flowers from Dannielle's garden were such a nice touch as well! We stayed only two nights but if we ever return to Rhode Island and Newport, we will definitely return to this property for a longer stay. Just outstanding

Nice property, quiet neighborhood, very good owners, they really made us feel welcomed. The location is easy driving distance to cliff walk and goat island, which is where we were going.

Newport Getaway!

We absolutely adored our time in Newport! Dannielle and Jeff were so kind and welcoming, and even had snacks for us to enjoy! We really appreciated the pamphlets laid out for us to find things to do around town, and the cozy apartment was perfect for us to rest! Everything was so clean and neat, a real home away from home. We can’t wait to come back!

Haven of peace and joy

Our stay in this cozy and quiet apartment was so relaxing we didn't want to go home! Daniele and Jeff are simply delightful, and their joyous and generous nature reflect in the amenities offered throughout. Basic breakfast necessities were covered in the fridge, lots of toiletries in the bathroom, fresh flowers everywhere. The view from the deck is really cheerful, even on a rainy day. Needless to say it is an impeccably clean, well maintained property. Many rentals get a 10/10 rating, in my experience this property is the real deal.

Great Newport Getaway

Great in-law suite, close to Newport downtown and mansions - just a short drive with car. Spacious kitchen, bedroom/family room and bathroom. Nicely decorated. Danniella and Jeff were so welcoming and nice, they even drove us to the Cliff Walk. I highly recommend.

Perfect stay

The property was very well appointed, inclding the lovely flowers throughout. The hosts were absolutely wonderful. Friendly and available but also respected our privacy. We enjoyed coffee and meals in the back porch overlooking the garden.
