This amazing five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath home is perfectly situated on Grand Boulevard, just steps from the Dune Park Pool and beach boardwalk. The first floor features a great open-concept kitchen, living, and dining room area perfect for your family and friends to gather in. Prepare the catch of the day in this wonderful kitchen outfitted with stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite countertops and cozy up to the fireplace on those cool nights. The screened in porch is a unique addition to this home, making your outdoor grilling a more comfortable experience with an outdoor ceiling fan. The fisherman's stories will unfold as all gather around the dining table on the built-in banquet seating. A convenient utility area in the first floor has a sink beside the washer and dryer and handy powder room the services the first floor.

The second floor features the primary king bedroom with private fireplace. An amazing soaking bathtub in the en-suite bathroom allows you to relax after a long day at the beach and a large walk-in shower and double vanities. Two additional spacious king bedrooms are located on the second floor, each with en-suite bathrooms. The third floor is dedicated to the kids! A bunk room with three built-in bunk beds sleeps six and includes an ensuite bathroom with spacious shower. The media room is the perfect hangout in the evenings, with two full-sized beds with full sized pull out trundles on which to watch movies or play games. IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.

Blue Crab is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Blue Crab the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

Blue Crab Bust

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Blue Crab rental property is a beautiful house with plenty of room for friends and family. It is also located in a great spot for beach access, one of the pools and new workout facility. For the price, it had numerous issues, which surprised me comparing it to our previous visits. Musty smell downstairs as you walk in. Fleas in the area rug downstairs even though it was not pet friendly. Several roaches were located in various areas in the house. Microwave did not work and a replacement was brought after 2 days only to also be busted. A working one was delivered finally. Bottom oven did not work. Several ceiling fans did not have controls that worked properly. Trash pick up is twice a week and the outside garbage can was full when we arrived Monday afternoon, which was one of the pickup days. No dustpan.Will we return? Probably, but will most likely go back to the condo section.

Blue Crab 300 GR Stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cinnamon Shores communication and staff were great. Very courteous and responsive. We did, however, have several issues with the house. The door to the big patio was broken - something wrong with the lock. We could not open/close the door. We called your office and received a quick response and had someone come look at the door right away. Unfortunately, the service guy could not fix the problem and put an “out of order” sign on the door. Yes, we had another door to enter the house. The problem is that the back patio was the area for ALL of our beach stuff. We had to load/unload from the front door, track through the house to then store all beach stuff in the large patio. We ended up calling the owner and got the lock fixed by the 3rd day. The bottom oven was broken. We called and the appliance game came and confirmed a new panel was needed and this would not be fixed for our stay. We had use of the top oven so may not seem like a big deal but it was. We were feeding 14 people every day. The top oven was small - enough for only one tray of anything. We had to cook in several shifts over longer period of time. The freezer was not working. We did not have use of a freezer for TWO days. All of our frozen foods (again feeding 14 people every day) did not freeze and we could not keep bags of ice in the freezer. Appliance guy came and was able to get the freezer working but was a good 6-8 hours before food would freeze. The refrigerator also not working well. We woke up to FROZEN eggs each morning. The top shelf froze our food. With no use of a freezer for 2 days we had NO room to store our food adequately in the refrigerator. We had to put our eggs outside to defrost every morning before being able to prepare breakfast. Location of house was great and overall we had a nice time but did not feel like the house was in good enough condition for an $11,500 rental fee.

The well equipped kitchen works great for family meals, large bedrooms give everyone some personal space when they need it and the location is perfect for beach, pool and amenities access. This would be a great place to stay for a family holiday or just a great family beach vacation! We will stay here again!

The unit definitely needs a little updating. One toilet was not working, the BBQ grill was rusted out, and the furniture in the living area needed updating. That said we already book this unit for next year.

The issue with Cinnamon Shore reviews, is that if they are not 5 stars, they are not published. A dis-service to the customer.

The walls of windows downstairs make the living area so cheery and the gas fireplaces downstairs and also in the master make this the best most coziest house in CS to stay at during the colder months. We had a beautiful NYE dinner for 12 seated at the dining tables inside and on the screened porch. The racks in the lower rack of the dishwasher really need fixing and the ice maker does not work but otherwise it was a perfect stay. Love the soothing aesthetic of the blue decor and great location too!

The property has a great layout and location. I would like to give an overall rating of 5, but the property is tired. The furnishings are showing signs of wear and lack of cleaning. Mattresses should be replaced, and a nice remodel would be in order.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What this rental property has going for it is the location to the boardwalk, and the three bedrooms with bath. What it does and doesn't have is a well stocked kitchen utensils and other items, broken appliances, and dirty, worn furniture. We reported a broken stove the first day of stay, and it was never repaired. We reported a shower not draining, and a toilet seat broken, never repaired. Management is sub-par. On top of this, we checked on prices for next summer, owners had raised the rental $100.00 per day. Come on now. Worn furniture, appliances old and not working, plumbing stopped up, and raise the rental!

Wonderful home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic home with plenty of room for our family to spread out and enjoy. Corner lot is especially nice with lots of room to park. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were abundant and comfortable. The gas fireplaces were especially nice for Christmas time beach holiday. Only two complaints: the master bathtub is beautiful but completely unusable because the water pressure to it is so unbelievably slow that it would take literally an hour to fill to any comfortable level, and by the time it fills the water would probably be cold! So if you are looking to enjoy a hot bath it won’t happen there. Having said that, the Master shower is fantastic! It’s everything the tub is not. Plenty of pressure. The second complaint was that Christmas morning we tried to put our 7-rib prime rib in the oven and it wouldn’t turn on! Only the small oven would turn on, but it wasn’t big enough to fit our prime rib. We called maintenance and to their credit they had a very friendly maintenance man out in 10 minutes. After about a half hour though he pronounced our oven beyond his ability to help. Cinnamon Shores did allow us to use the oven at an unoccupied home across the street, which worked but was inconvenient. So we ended up eating Christmas dinner a bit later than we had planned. But it worked. This is still one of my favorite homes at Cinnamon shores. For now on though...we will test the appliances BEFORE we actually need them! Cinnamon shores staff was fantastic.
