The property is beautiful, the house is so charming with a great story behind it. It was the perfect place for my family that has teems and little ones. Would totally book again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
We had a wonderful experience at this Vrbo. Kristina was very attentive with communications, and was accommodating in letting us check in early. It’s lovely house with plenty of space, and was very clean and organized. We will definitely return!
This was a quick overnight for us between Cape Cod and Bar Harbor. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, modern kitchen appliances. Very quiet setting in the woods, but convenient to Cape Neddick, York, and Ogunquit.
The house was as described and very clean. It was quite charming. Very private yard with nice deck. Very convenient to everything we were interested in seeing. Katrina was very accommodating and responded quickly to my questions. You will not be disappointed if you are interested in staying here.
Great hosts; communicated with us well.We did a lot of walking , the pine hill south route was very easy to navigate to shore road, and through into Perkins Cove . Nice quaint but very undated property Don’t be scared by the wildlife , we could periodically see them from the picture window . Convenience of laundry was very nice , as well as all the rooms with the a/c ( very quiet too ) all in all , great family time ( even though we were always on the go ) We all enjoyed our stay , and the updated facilities
We rented the property for a friends spring weekend getaway, the house accommodated our group of six comfortably! The property was a very short driving distance to Perkins Cove and Ogunquit. If it was warmer, we would have definitely been able to walk. The hosts were very responsive to my messages and checking in and out were a breeze! Everything we needed was supplied and the property was clean and well maintained. We are definitely going to be repeat visitors to the house!
My friends and I booked this place for one night as a stop over for a longer trip and it was amazing! I wish we had a couple of nights at this place. The check in was super smooth, the place was very clean and very warm, and had all the amenities we needed. Plenty of beds for the group, the individual heat pumps in each room was perfect for individual climate control, and two showers was also helpful. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed to cook a meal together. With a large dining room table and plenty of seating in the living room we were able to eat comfortably and play a game together, we will hopefully be back in the summer for a warmer weather stay!
Our family had the most wonderful stay at this charming home just minutes from Ogunquit! From the moment we walked in, we felt completely at ease — the house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to make it our home away from home. The layout was perfect for our family, with plenty of space for the kids to play and quiet corners for relaxing after a day of adventure. The location couldn’t have been better — close to Ogunquit Beach, Perkins Cove, and all the shops and restaurants downtown, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peaceful mornings with coffee on the porch and evenings with games around the table. Our hosts were thoughtful and responsive, leaving great recommendations and little touches that made the stay extra special. If you're looking for a family-friendly retreat near the best of the Maine coast, this place is truly a gem. We left with full hearts and can’t wait to come back!
It was clean and had all the necessary essentials. The downfall was the truss angles on the two rooms upstairs. Unfortunately we had two taller people staying there that kept hitting their heads. And one of the alarms went off in the middle of the night. Very loud. Don't know what happened. Don't know what it was?
We greatly appreciate enjoyed our time at 2 Knight Lane. The home was spacious and full of activities for all ages. There was books and a play area for the kids. Room for everyone to spread out and relax. The deck was big and spacious with a grill. Adults could hang out and talk while teenagers could hang in another area with their electronics and there was a separate area for the younger children to play. It was wonderful! The location was close to Marginal Way and Perkins Cove and a very short drive to Ogunquit Beach. There were plenty of restaurants and shopping areas. We did beach days and movie night as well as sit down dinners for 9 people and there was plenty of space at the table. The kids lived making s’mores at night by the fire pit. We ALL had a wonderfully, enjoyable experience.
This house was ideal for our grown family to gather, along with a few grandchildren, age 12 and up. It’s a great spacious, clean, well-decorated place. The hosts have amazingly thought of everything you might need for a Maine vacation and furnished it! There were even all the tools necessary for a lobster dinner (except the lobsters, of course) including the bibs! There is a whole area for young kids to play as well as beach toys, chairs, and even a wagon! There were mini-splits in every room providing plenty of air-conditioning to keep you comfortable on even the hottest days. All bedding and towels were provided. There was even a washer and drier! We enjoyed a campfire one night in the backyard and enjoyed the deck and grilled another night. There’s so much to offer. It was secluded, but very close and walkable to Ogunquit and Perkins Cove.
