Beach and Tennis Resort Villa

Fabulous Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort Villa! We are on the first floor with tennis court views, approximately a 5 min walk to the beach. Stocked kitchen, plank flooring, Wi-Fi, 3 Flatscreen TVs, comfy beds-Queen and private bath in 1st BR, full bed and bunk beds in the 2nd BR. Rent and ride bikes on the beach, swim in a huge oceanside pool, play tennis or pickleball. We provide beach chairs, cooler, and kids sand toys too! The resort is great for families, friends, or couples.

This is a two bedroom, 2 bath condo in the Tennis Villa section of an oceanfront facility. A short walk through the complex gets you to the pool and ocean. We include sheets, towels, and soap like you would expect in a typical hotel stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans, Keurig, coffeemaker, dishes, glassware-everything you need if you want to cook a meal. Laundry facilities are not in the building but are nearby in a separate building that also includes a fitness center.

*****The resort has instituted a $35 per car gate/usage fee effective 2/1/24, for all new rental reservations. We will absorb the first car fee, but any additional cars will be billed to you. *****

Guest access
Guest will access the condo by utilizing our digital keypad on the front door. You will go to the main building to receive your parking pass and information, then pass through a security point. We are in Tennis Villas Building F, on the first floor, with just a few steps to walk up.
