• 4-car driveway parking & 2-car garage parking (available upon request)

• Pet friendly - up to 4 pets (if more than 4, MUST submit for approval)
• No smoking, vaping, or recreational drugs
• No parties, events, or large gatherings
• No candles or open flames (inside or outside).
• Quiet Hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
