Built in 1998, this spacious private home is a modern Spanish stucco gem with hardwood floors throughout. This is not a stripped-down short-term rental — it is a real, comfortable home designed for guests staying weeks or months at a time. The entire house is exclusively yours. I live here when it is not rented, and I rent to only one group at a time.
The home is approximately 1,800 square feet and includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a living room, family room, dining area, and a large private backyard. It is especially well suited for families, traveling professionals, relocation stays, insurance placements, medical stays, and guests needing a fully furnished home for an extended period. Dogs are welcome.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The large primary bedroom features a California King four-poster bed, a private en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms include one with two twin beds and another with a queen-size bed. A second full bathroom serves the remaining bedrooms and common areas.
Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped for real cooking, not just reheating meals. It features original oak cabinets, builder’s white tile counters, and newer appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, and Keurig coffee maker. Coffee, sweeteners, and creamer are provided. You’ll find plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. The dining room seats six comfortably and works well for both meals and remote work.
Living Spaces
The living room is large and comfortable with a 75" TV. Each bedroom also has its own TV. A pool table adds a relaxed, lived-in feel rather than a hotel atmosphere. Central air conditioning and heat keep the home comfortable year-round.
Work-From-Home Friendly
Fast WiFi is included. A desk setup is available, and the home works well for remote work or hybrid schedules during longer stays.
Outdoor Space
The backyard is large and private, with a grassy lawn and compacted granite area beyond. It’s a great space to relax or spend time with your dog. There is a long driveway with off-street parking. (The garage and one side yard are locked and not accessible.)
Accessibility
The home is wheelchair-friendly with ground-level entry, no stairs, wide doorways, and a walk-in shower. The original owner built the home with accessibility in mind.
Location
Centrally located in Riverside near the Mission Inn, UC Riverside, and the National Orange Show Event Center. Easy access to major roads while still in a quiet residential neighborhood.
