This 1,600 sq ft family-friendly duplex in Cochrane’s Sunset Ridge blends comfort and mountain charm. The main floor features a cozy living room with a smart Roku TV, a dining area, and a kitchen stocked with pots, pans, spices, and a coffee maker.

Upstairs: master with king bed and ensuite, queen room with desk, kids’ room with twin bed, toys, desk, and a full second bath. Unwind on the large deck off the bonus room with patio furniture. Includes garage parking and washer/dryer.

1. Parties and events are not allowed. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate termination of your reservation without a refund.

2. The maximum occupancy is 4 guests, including children. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

3. Please keep the property clean and dispose of trash in the designated bins. Excessive cleaning after your stay may result in an additional fee.

4. Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay. Please report any issues, broken items, or concerns as soon as possible so we can address them promptly.

We were in Cochrane for a wedding and were very pleased with the accommodations provided by Jon. For a larger group, the price was very competitive and allowed us to all stay together. Perhaps a little more attention could be given to the cleaning, but we were very comfortable and again, for the price, we were very happy!

Clean and comfortable

We had a very comfortable stay here! There was a little difficulty with check-in, but Jon was responsive and friendly, and quickly sorted it out for us. The duplex was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as pictured. I loved the large closet in the master bedroom, and the spacious upper level was so nice for our family.
