The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all recyclables in the bin loosely. Throw trash in the trash bin. The garbage and recycling cans are on the right side of the building through the gate
Please leave the 4 beach badges on the table. if any are missing, it is $100 charge.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking in the home will be a $500 fine. Beach Badges lost are $100 each. These will be claimed from the damage protection.
Tenants agree to maintain the rental in good order and to surrender it in the same condition as received and as reasonable wear and tear permit.
Tenants agree to abide by the Borough's local laws and ordinances regarding noise/disturbing the peace, trash, recycling and underage drinking
