Our Holiday
The property was nice and clean. Had trouble with the kitchen touch tap, did not know it was a touch tap. It took 3 days before I received an answer from the owner to get it looked at. I had sent 2 emails to him via VRBO. He said it took that long for him to receive them. The tap issue was repaired once the owner got someone to attend to it. I never met the owner, someone did say Hello to me near the end of our stay, I assume he was the owner. Did not formally meet the owner. I miss having personal service and being able to reach some one by phone rather than only email. There were no instructions for what was expected when we left except by email which I received after we arrived back home. I had checked my email the night before we left and there was not any. Communication was very poor! The loft itself was very nice and bright. Mostly quiet except when the children were playing in the garage below.
