Surrounded by the stunning natural beauty of the area, you'll be just a 17-minute drive from Fools Hollow Lake, where you can enjoy a day of fishing, paddle boarding, canoeing, hiking, or simply taking in the breathtaking views.

Inside, you'll find a cozy and well-appointed space that caters to all your needs. The fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and all the necessary appliances and utensils, makes it easy to prepare delicious meals. Unwind by the crackling fireplace in the living room, or catch up on your favorite shows on the smart TV.

For your convenience, the cabin offers a washing machine and dryer, as well as three bathrooms stocked with towels and basic toiletries. Stay connected with the high-speed Wi-Fi, and keep the little ones entertained with the selection of games.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place trash bins at curb if stay ends Monday or if staying through Monday. Trash pick up is Monday. For all other days, leave bins in driveway with rubber ties to avoid attracting bears.
There are community dumpsters on Buckthorn Ln off HWY 60 near the Equestrian Ctr and off Spirea Ln near Torreon Realty.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Prohibited activities subject to 1K fine: personal vehicles on the golf cart paths at all times and walking or biking on the paths between 7am-7pm.
Torreon prohibits all non-golf activity at any time on the golf course. Violations are subject to a $1,000 fine.
Please do not flush feminine products.

This place is beautiful! At the end of a cul de sac. Room for our dog to run and enjoy nature! All 6 of our adult kids say this was there fav home so far. I have never booked the same home twice... this might be the 1st for next Christmas!

Communication from our host was excellent, the house was even more beautiful than the photos. The area was convenient to town and yet felt very private. Everything in the kitchen was well stocked for cooking and organized so well. The table was perfect for our large group and we enjoyed plenty of room for meals and it was great for games we played together. The bedding and amenities in the baths were very nice. We got to see quite a few deer! I would highly recommend this lovely home to anyone looking in the Show Low area. It did not disappoint and will forever be a great place of wonderful Christmas memories for my family.

My boyfriend and I were in town with some friends for a wedding and needed 3 bedrooms and baths for 5 of us. We absolutely loved Dawn’s place. There was plenty of space and privacy. The photos look nice but it’s even nicer in person. High quality finishings, clean, had everything we needed to cook, in a quiet neighborhood and great patio/outdoor space. We spent a weekend at this beautiful cabin to celebrate a family birthday, and it was the perfect escape! Three generations of our family were able to come together, and the cabin's layout allowed everyone to have their own space while still feeling connected. It was spacious, clean, and well-kept. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare family meals. The host was incredibly responsive whenever we had a question. We had a fantastic weekend in the mountains and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Perfect getaway, very quiet location in the pines of Torreon. House is setup well, second bedroom has its own bath so if you have two couples traveling which we didn't it would work very well.

We have been coming to Show Low for over 10 years and this was our favorite property we’ve ever booked! We’d 100% recommend and would book again ourselves in a heartbeat. House was *truly* fully stocked with everything you could need. We really appreciated the scent free laundry supplies as we had our 6 month old baby with us. We only used the main primary bedroom but bed was very comfortable. I was blown away there was Apple phone & watch chargers on both sides of the bed. Absolutely loved that. Loved the big leather couch. The living room electric fireplace was a huge plus! Flip a switch & boom you got a fire. Lots of towels and blankets. Good quality toiletry items. And of course can’t forget being dog friendly as that’s a non negotiable for us. Our pup is our baby he goes every where with us. There was a level of pride and care that went into this place that most properties lack. Very cozy and welcoming. We felt comfortable and actually welcome, not all properties & owners/managers make you feel that way. Easy check out process.

There was not adequate utensils to cook with and there was not one "non-stick" pan to use. The ad claimed there was a queen bed in one of the bedrooms, but it was actually a double bed. Also, the weather stripping on the front door was coming off when we arrived. The arcadia door needs to be sprayed with silicone to slide better. It is a very heavy door and doesn't slide easily. The WiFi reception is extremely poor.
