Newly renovated with all new furniture and linens in 2024! Walk to U of A campus and Bryant Denny stadium! 2 bed/2 bath on ground floor with balcony/patio area, in unit washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen. Complex has pool, gym, and business center, and even caters food for all guests on football game weekends.

There are two bedrooms, and each bedroom has a king sized bed, wall mounted TV, 1000-threadcount sheets, dresser, large closet, blinds, curtains, extra blankets, & pillows. The kitchen is fully equipped with both a coffee & keurig machine, dishes, cooking utensils, dishes, refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave and blender.

Guests have full access to the 24 hour gym on-site, pool, and business center. The clubhouse caters food on game weekends for all residents and guests to enjoy as well.

Chris was an amazing host. Great communication from day of booking. The condo was immaculate and was in a convenient location. I liked the way both bedrooms had a bathroom attached and they were on opposite sides of the condo. Don't hesitate to book this unit.

Really enjoyed our stay! We were in town for a UA alumni event and the location was beyond convenient! In addition, beds were comfortable, good quality linens and towels, as well as, a good coffee selection. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect condo for Bama basketball weekend

Excellent stay

We were in town for a work trip. The condo was very clean and had anything you needed. Even box fans in the bedroom (this was a huge bonus for me when comes to sleeping). The kitchen is fully equipped. The owner went above and beyond with communication and making sure our visit went great. We will definitely recommend this to others at work as we will be coming back to the area.

Clean, great location

This was a great place for a football weekend. Great location and plenty of room for 2 couples. The shower curtain fell in one of the bathrooms and when we got back from the game, it was replaced. Chris was extremely responsive to our need. Thank you. I would be thrilled to stay there again for a game.
