Great location, so close to everything. Never had a problem with parking. Brendan was a very responsive host.There are a lot of stairs but we didn't have any issues. We stayed with 3 kids under the age of 10 and they loved it. The basement is so fun! All dishes/cutlery and essentials available in the kitchen. Comfy beds and overall great vibe. The surrounding area is safe to walk around at night as well. Would definitely stay again!

This BNB looked exactly like the pictures online as well as being super clean. It was a great and comfy place to stay. The host was really easy to get a hold of and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

What a gem! We loved the neighborhood (Peacemaker and Sydney both delish!) and the house was perfect. Didn’t carve out time to take full advantage of the game room or even the luxurious hot tub, but loved the clean, comfy space.

Perfect weekend getaway

We had a great time exploring St Louis over the weekend, this spot was 10-15 min from everywhere we went. City museum, the Arch, the Soulard Farmers market and fabulous food on the Hill. Property manager was quick to respond and helpful. Four bathrooms were nice to have with teens and was able to cook some meals at home with the setup.

Great downtown space!

My kids and I enjoyed staying here. It has a lot of steps, which were not an issue for us, but might be for those who have a hard time balancing. It was easy working with the property manager and owner, who truly made me feel at home.

Loved the house and location. Lots of stairs. My teenage boys loved the basement. 2 stars for cleanliness. Bedroom was dusty. Bathroom sinks were dirty with old toothpaste and hair. Dead bugs in basement. Old energy drink can and water bottle. Beds were comfy. Perfect location for us. The boys rode like scooters to the arch. Would stay here again.

While we appreciated the location, character, potential and responsive of the manager of the property, the prior existing plumbing issues were not disclosed until the time of check in and ultimately eliminated the use of 2 of the 4 toilets and 1 of 3 showers. This created a huge inconvenience and accessibility issues to the limited number of functioning bathrooms and showers

Luxury, Lung Burn, and Lavatory Surprises

This place is gorgeous—like HGTV threw a party and we got invited. Stylish decor, comfy beds, a killer location… and enough stairs to qualify as a full-body workout. I didn’t realize I was booking a luxury vacation and a surprise fitness retreat, but here we are. By night two, my legs were begging for an Uber to the second floor.Now, about the master bathroom. It’s stunning, unique, modern. Only catch? No door. That’s right. Zero. Zilch. It’s the “open-concept” lifestyle taken to bold new places. If you’re shy, modest, or just not looking to make eye contact while brushing your teeth and… other things, plan accordingly. Thankfully, there are other bathrooms throughout the house with doors, dignity, and the kind of boundaries I wasn’t emotionally prepared to enforce myself.Despite the quad burn and the unfiltered intimacy, we loved our stay. Highly recommend—just pack comfortable shoes, strong relationships, and maybe a little mystery.

Nice place

I wouldnt recommend for ppl w small kids. The stairs dont have railings and there are ALOT OF THEM. 4 flights if I recall. So over all the place was nice. Owner definitely choose style over comfort as far as furniture pieces but thats what ever. We liked that he had alot of the stuff most of us forget to pack. That was helpful. Really my only real complaint was the temp. Every time I turned around the thermostat was turned back up to 80 degrees. Idk if that was on a schedule or being accessed remotely but it honestly angered me. I was super sick my whole vacation so I was all ready super uncomfortable. And having to get out of bed in the middle of the night to adjust the temperature over and over was just ridiculous. It didnt help it was 100 all weekend long. But I just feel when someone rents a space. They should get complete control of the air temp for the length of their stay.
