Seabrook Island is a Fabulous Private Gated Island that offers 3.5 miles of fantastic clean sandy beach. Perfect for romantic walks, a run, or simply just making sand castles with the kids! Enjoy the dolphins as they play in the water. Seabrook Island has wonderful amenities and dining, including the Beach Club house and Pool, Golf, Tennis, or Horseback riding along the beach or one of the trails.

If you wish to Bike the island you may rent bikes from the Island Bike & Surf Shop (https://www.islandbikeandsurf.com/). Or you may just wish to sit and have a fabulous meal or cocktail at the Pelicans Nest Restaurant while you enjoy the sunset. On Sunday's the Club House has a Fabulous Brunch! Regardless if you chose to have a day of adventure or simply relax at the beach or pool, you are sure to have a marvelous experience.

Two Golf courses, Crooked Oaks and Ocean Winds, with 36 holes of championship golf and uncrowded playing conditions. Both courses are beautiful and will exceed your expectations. (https://www.seabrookisland.com/golf/)

Our lovely 1,400 sq/ft Villa Offers:
- Wheelchair accessible from parking lot. No stairs to enter or in the villa.
- Sleeps 6 (cannot increase)
- Max (2) vehicles/parking spots
- Main Bedroom: King Bed, TV, private bathroom
- 2nd Bedroom: Queen Bed, TV
- Pullout Queen Sofa in living room and air mattresses available
- Full Kitchen, Washer/Dryer, high chair, pack and play available
- Secluded entry way deck with outdoor dining and BBQ grill
- Side/rear balcony off enclosed porch looks out to the 9th tee
- Internet/WiFi and Cable TV, no house phone
- Less than 5 min drive to Beach Club, Pool, Golf club, and dining. On evenings when golf has waned it is a 500 yard walk along the course instead of driving.

Seabrook Island Amenities:
You will need an Amenities Card during your stay and YOU MUST apply for the Amenities card 48 hours prior to your visit or there is a late fee.

While on Island the amenity card functions as a credit card and access card to the facilities. Seabrook is a cashless Island; all charges will go to the credit card linked. The amenity card is shareable but remember all charges go to the credit card linked.

Fees:
- The daily/weekly Amenity Fee will apply of $55/day or $315/week.
- A $15.00 refundable card deposit is collected per amenity card.
The card deposit is refunded when the card(s) are returned.
- There is a $75 late fee for amenity card requests less than 48 hours.

Very clean. Could use a bit of updating.Amenities at the Seabrook Island Club are very nice, but do come with a cost.Overall, a little pricey for the home.

The outside seating areas are tucked away from the surrounding villas to give a sense of privacy. Villa is well stocked with everything needed, just bring a suitcase. Besides the living and dining areas, a back enclosed area provides more common area for communal time together.

Nice beach getaway

The beaches at Seabrook are lovely! The property was within a short driving distance of the boardwalks and amenities. The house itself had all the necessary items for a nice stay. I especially appreciated the beach items they made available including sand toys, shade umbrellas, and a tote cart...very helpful and made the beach experience for my elderly mother more pleasant.

Lovely Island

The property is definitely one of the best for accessibility on the island. There are no stairs to get into the villa, which is a huge plus. The property is very clean and has a great ready-to-use kitchen. The furnishing are a bit dated, but very usable & clean. The island itself is absolutely stunning. Some of the best sunrises & sunsets around on the beaches.

Clean and nice location

This property worked well for us. It’s close to the beach, and we loved the fact that our dogs were welcome to stay with us. Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and spices were all plentiful. Rich was a text away and always replied promptly. Head to Seabrook and enjoy this property!

Great property & location but if you like to golf…

…it’s very expensive! Ask about amenity card and green fees. Beautiful beaches, great facilities like pools and fitness center/pool for extra charge. Fun restaurants and everyone is very friendly.

Villa was clean and quiet. Host was kind enough to let us know when the villa was ready, we arrived a little early. Could use a few updates and new replacements with some of the linens. We would gladly stay again.

Golf Shores Villa

We absolutely loved our stay at Rich’s villa. The area was beautiful as well as our rental. It was the perfect space for 4 people to enjoy themselves. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make dinner- the grocery store was a short drive as well as a few stores & restaurants that we also thoroughly enjoyed. The area was clean, quiet & absolutely beautiful. Rich was available when we needed him, so that was also a plus! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect and easy

This place was absolutely perfect. My family was there for a family reunion and we were so thrilled to have place to retreat to. It was clean, well kept, baby and kid friendly. The host, Rich, was accommodating and friendly. There was a washer and dryer available which was great to get clothes washed before going home. I was able to cook meals for my kids easily. The layout of the house is very convenient and makes you feel like you’re at a home away from home. I will be renting this place again I’m the future!

Why they chose this property

We think of it as Turnkey living; we supply everything right down to the laundry soap, dryer sheets and spices for cooking. So when you go home you just have to put away your clean clothes and relax. : )

The deck offers a wonderful entertaining area and privacy with a Barbecue and outdoor dining. The Ocean Winds golf course is directly behind our home with the 9th hole tee box..., brand new sand toys & Boogie Boards. (2) pack and plays and a high chair for children.

We always have a Fabulous experience every time we get the chance to go. It is always hard to leave. Totally Fun for all ages! And so much to do... everyone will have a fantastic time!

You can also rent horses and take a wonderful ride on North Beach. Or simply just making sand castles with kids of all ages!

Enjoy the dolphins as they play in the water. Seabrook Island also includes wonderful amenities, golf, tennis, Pickle ball, Gym, horseback riding along the beach or the trails. The Island has several pools including a baby pool and an indoor lap pool. Rent a bike and enjoy the miles of flat terrain or you may just wish to sit and have a fabulous meal or cocktail at the Pelicans nest and watch the sunset.
