Clean, comfortable, convenient but needs work

We travel to Jupiter several times a year for business and wanted more space than a hotel. This condo is clean, comfortable and conveniently located. However, we won’t book this again. The primary bathroom has very weak water pressure. The toilet would not flush but we could use the toilet in the second bath. We asked property manager to fix but it did not get resolved during our stay. The Nest thermostat was locked with a PIN code and set to 78 degrees. The property manager did unlock it halfway through our stay so we could adjust it. Also the HOA requires you purchase a parking permit for $25. This fee was only disclosed to us after we booked.

Overpriced for what it is

I’ll get the negatives out of the way first. The beach was definitely longer than a 5 minute walk as the title states. It took us a good 15 minutes each time we went. We had plumbing issues with one of the toilets not flushing and the water pressure in the main bathroom sinks was comically awful. There was construction going on in the unit above us for almost every day we were there. It was very loud. The amount of dish pods and trash bags were lacking. Only three trash bags for a whole week is just not nearly enough. The primary bedroom needs curtains. It faces east and gets very bright super early. Good things: you are very close to nice places to eat, lots of grocery stores including Whole Foods. The elevator is great and quick. All the other residents and grounds crew we ran into were super nice. We had no problems with parking. Overall this was a pleasant stay and the kitchen was well equipped except no baking sheets.
