Exactly as described in listing. So many nice amenities like beach wagons, beach chairs, boogie boards. Well supplied kitchen with plenty of dishes, cutlery, knives, etc. They even supplied toilet paper, paper towels, hand and dish soap. Large house is so nice for a large gathering with seating for 12 at counter or table, and living room right there. Owner extremely responsive to calls and texts, and very helpful. Fire pit was awesome. We did not use grills. The appliances worked well. Not a bad walk to the beach. 4 yr old was able to walk it. Quiet location. Elevator so nice for checking in and out with luggage, coolers, etc. Bring or buy mosquito repellent for evening time in the yard. The beach is beautiful. New access point with stairs and walkway. Wide sand. Many stores, grocery stores, restaurants nearby.
