Comfortable space and great location

We enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and comfortable. The host was very easy to reach and responded quickly to any of my questions. The location is great - just a short walk to Overton Square with lots of restaurants and entertainment. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Little House

Cute little house. Perfect location if you like to visit Overton Square. Big magnolia tree in the backyard. I would like to go back when it is in bloom. Owner was very responsive to messages. Came right over when we accidentally locked ourselves out. I would definitely look to rent again.

Good stay, but could have been better

Pros: The house is large with lots of space. Easy to find and in a great area of Memphis right by the midtown area with lots of great restaurants. The non-master bedroom and bathroom were great and had all amenities. Cons: This is a new Vrbo listing, but more needs to be done to get this space up to par. The kitchen is still sparce and needs more basic items like measuring cups, hand towels, handsoap and basic spices, including coffee. Also, an old coffee filter still with moldy grounds was in the coffee maker. The kitchen sink was not clean and the sink sprayer doesn't work. The master bath sink was not as clean as it should have been.The tub was clogged and when adjusting the stopper I pulled out a large blob of hair so the tub could drain. There is no place to hang a towel, the 1 outlet by the sink doesn't work and there is no outlet cover. Also no mirror in the master bedroom. There were no directions for checkout of any kind. Do we need to strip the beds, put towels in the washer, clean dishes, take trash out...??? Some guidance would be appreciated. Again, the house has potential and the issues listed can be easily rectified.
