The Space:
Step into our thoughtfully designed single-level home, offering a unique blend of industrial style and rural serenity. With no stairs and convenient parking right at your door, accessibility is effortless.
-PROPERTY: Our property is set on 7 rural acres and provides a feeling of privacy. Lay in the hammocks around the shared pond for full relaxation or kick back in the Adirondack chairs for an afternoon nap.
-KITCHEN: The fully outfitted kitchen gives you everything you need to cook and serve all your meals. The kitchen was renovated with industrial concrete countertops and stainless steel appliances. We also provide the following to make your stay easy and comfortable: salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee creamer, sugar, Starbucks K-cups for the Keurig, paper towels, cleaning supplies, sponges, and dishwasher detergent.
-BEDROOMS: Three bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed with high-quality linens to give you the hotel sleeping experience
-WORK FROM (OUR) HOME: Fast Wi-Fi and desks featuring dual monitors setups in two bedrooms
-BATHROOOMS: Soaps, shampoo, conditioner, towels, hair dryers, and toilet paper are provided in both of our bathrooms. One bathroom is located in the hallway and the other is attached to the primary bedroom.
-LAUNDRY- In-unit washer and dryer with provided laundry pods and dryer sheets.
-EV CHARGER: Level two EV charger located on the front of the house with NACS (Tesla) and J1772 connections
-OUTDOOR AMENITIES: Gather around the fire pit for memories you won't forget. We include firewood, fire starter, lighters, and outdoor blankets for those crisp nights. BBQ grill provided with propane included.
-SELF CHECK-IN: Use your provided smart lock code during your stay for a keyless experience
-HEAT/AC: Mini split units allow you to independently set the temperature for each room
-PARKING: Plenty of parking right at the front door for you to easily unload and check in
-LOCATION: 7 minutes to Downtown Ithaca - 10 minutes to Cornell University - 4 minutes to Ithaca College - nearby waterfalls, Cayuga Lake, wineries, and many hiking trails
-EXTRAS: For the kids, we include a Pack N' Play. For dogs, we have a crate if you need it (Dogs are welcome when listed on the reservation. Sorry cats are not allowed)
-WE TAKE HOSTING SERIOUSLY: These aren’t just houses, they’re our homes. Our properties are professionally cleaned, maintained, and designed by us and our team. By self-managing our properties we can ensure you have a seamless, easy, and enjoyable visit. In the event something comes up, we’re available 24/7 with emergency maintenance to jump in and make things right.

Industrial House is set on 7 rural acres and provides a feeling of privacy and relaxation. 7 minutes to Downtown Ithaca. 10 minutes to Cornell. 4 minutes to Ithaca College.
Getting Around:
Ithaca has Uber and Lyft but you won't want to stay here without a car.

Dogs are welcome when added to the reservation (sorry no cats or other pets)
