Instructions for everything were carefully laid out. Made things easy. Kitchen had everything one needs to cook any type of meal. Lawn furniture could use updating.
The house is nicely furnished and quiet; kitchen has a lot of great service ware and pots and pans; limited spices and cooking materials—-so plan on bringing your own. Back yard and patio as lovey and great grilling area. Nice neighborhood and very close to several grocery stores and other shopping; and also relatively close to the CV link for biking. Highly recommend this location and home.
Great location for our family New Year's gathering!
This lovely house and neighborhood was ideal for our family's holiday celebration. Everything we needed was thoughtfully organized and easy to find, especially in the kitchen. We were happy to eat in and spend time in the beautiful private back yard and pool. Extra thanks for referring us to the company that rented the stroller, pack-n-play, and high chair for our youngest! Highly recommend this house!

Well-appointed home in nice neighborhood
My groups of three adults stayed in this home over the Christmas holiday and it was the perfect home and location. The check-in/check-out processes were very easy. The pool and hot tub worked perfectly. I also liked that the large living room and sitting area had plenty of seats. Nice towels and other amenities provided. The neighborhood has nice homes and sidewalks for walking/exercise. We would stay here again.
Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay! The yard had everything we needed for total fun and relaxation and the kitchen is stocked with everything a gourmet cook would need, Bryan was extremely helpful in welcoming us and making certain our visit was top notch!

Carol - Thanks for being such an excellent guest. We welcome you back soon!
The house was lovely. It was well maintained, spotless. From the high quality bath towels to the well stocked kitchen we were very happy. Lots of little amenities, like a welcome bottle of wine and multi port chargers. The backyard is beautiful, private and quiet, exactly what we were looking for. We loved drinking wine around the fire pit after dinner. Our host Brian could not have been nicer, and responsive to all our questions (even when the information we needed was in the welcome book )We will definitely stay at this property again.

Palm Springs Vacation
The house on Divot is amazing. A+ on every level. Bryan our host is amazing as well. This was our second time visiting this home and couldn't have been happier. We'll be back for another year.
The backyard and pool were perfect for the warm dessert days! The grill and outdoor bar made for a great time outside. The house was spacious and big enough for our group of 6. The check in process was seamless. The house was clean. Lots of amenities and fully stocked kitchen. Bryan was great to work with!
Fabulous visit to Palm Springs. This house was perfect for our family of 4 with college age boys! Each had their own bedroom and the family room was spacious and comfortable to hang out… kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Highlight was the back yard - very private. Pool and hot tub were amazing with comfy lounge chairs. Bryan was outstanding host, helping all along the way.

Fun Time
We just finished up a week in Plan Springs. We had a lovely time at the house everything work out well the pool was great and the Neighbourhood was fabulous. I would recommend this place to to everyone looking for a place to stay everything was close with a car.
look forwards to returning.
Great gathering home for 4 friends! Wonderful pool, hot tub, complete kitchen & BBQ (we added a meat thermometer). Good beds, lots of hangout space. Good location, not too far from downtown, but also convenient to the rest of the valley locations.Bryan is terrific. A repair issue came up and he was right on it, very receptive, and made good suggestions about where we might find adventures.

"Beautiful" home
We had such a wonderful stay at this lovely home! It had everything we could possibly need or want. The kitchen and its supplies were fantastic—had we stayed during Thanksgiving, we could have easily prepared an entire feast. The house is both child- and pet-friendly, which made it perfect for our group.
Every room is equipped with smart TVs, making it easy to sign into our streaming apps. The neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous, quiet, and great for walks. The beds were comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured restful sleep. Both the heating and AC worked perfectly, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay.
The open layout was ideal for spending time together as a group, and we loved how spacious and inviting it felt. We’d definitely stay here again!”
We loved this house! This property is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, yet it is convenient to everything you need. Close to the airport, 2 minutes from a grocery store, and with easy access to the main surface street running through Palm Springs.
The backyard with salt water pool, spa, and towering palm trees is a secluded oasis surrounded by a twelve-foot tall privacy hedge. Definitely the spot to get your mind right.
Bryan, the property manager was friendly and informative, and he was quickly responsive to the one minor need that we encountered. The kitchen is fully equipped: you won't need to buy anything but food.
The owners also provided a full sized Igloo cooler, which I think is a special touch. (If you're a hiker or road tripper, you know what I mean. A cooler full of drinks and food is a must if you're headed out to the desert. Can't tell you how many coolers we've had to buy and leave behind over the years.)
Don't hesitate to book the Divot Drive house!
Travel tips: The Andreas Canyon hike in Indian Canyons (15 min. from the house) is a must, even if you aren't a hiker. I highly recommend the Palms to Pines scenic byway drive: we took it all the way to Idylwild and spent a few hours in that quirky enclave. I'd skip the Thursday night happening in downtown Palm Springs unless you like people-watching. If you do go, get there early or prepare to drive around for 30 minutes looking for a parking space.
