Incredible property, highly recommend!

The resort, restaurants, pools, staff, gym, market, music, parking and actual condo were TOP NOTCH! This place is an oasis, we will absolutely be back!

Pros:Nice location right next to the beach. The pools at the resort is nice. Reasonable priced.Cons:1. Communication with the host is the worst I have seen. We had to change the name of the guest on the day of check in because of some unexpected circumstances, we asked the host to change the booking from the wife to the husband 5 hours before the check in. The host said he would inform the resort front desk. However, I followed up with him one hour before my family arrives, he never responded. When my husband arrived, the security won’t let him in because the name change was not done. I called the host Ross, he won’t pick up the call. I called front desk, they said nothing they can do unless the host contacts them. I was devastated. My husband was locked outside of the resort with my daughter in the middle of nowhere in Mexico. About 20-30 mins of non stop calling hotel front desk, finally they said the host contacted them. During the entire process, there was no proactive communication from the host. The host never picks up my call not even once. Later I asked the host Ross why the hotel did not receive the name change request, no response from the host whatsoever. Overall, the checkin process was as bad as it can go. The property management is not professional and the guest should not expect a response if things go wrong. 2. This is not a hotel. Bring your own stuff. Front desk doesn’t handle most of your request. The host won’t answer your questions most of the time.
