We had a lovely stay at the Beach House. The beach was beautiful and private, and we had a great time exploring Parrsboro and surrounding area with the cottage as our home base. Liz was an excellent host, responding promptly and supportively to our inquiries, and showcased much local talent and history in the cottage for us to take in.

Wow, the views!

We stayed at the Beach House for a week in August 2022 (2 couples). It really felt like home away from home, very comfortable with all the amenities! And wow - those views!!!! We enjoyed our days on the beach, taking in the local hiking trails, and going to local restaurants and brewery. We had such a great week, we did not want to leave!

Our host Liz was very responsive in answering our questions from day one and was great to deal with. The property is lovely, and a perfect place for our family of five to stay for a week in Nova Scotia and explore some of what the province has to offer. It has all the amenities one would need or expect for a comfortable family stay and is very cozy for lazy days and gatherings.The scenery is spectacular, with fantastic views and sunsets, endless beaches to explore. It is located off the beaten path from some of the big tourist attractions, so longer drives are needed to visit some of these areas. This did not deter us from exploring other areas, returning to the tranquility of the cottage at the end of the day. We managed to see many of the local attractions while also exploring other areas on day trips.Our family will long remember our pleasant stay in Nova Scotia and the fun we had staying at Liz's wonderful cottage. Thank you.
