Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space only 3.9 Miles to beach, 1.2 Miles to AdventHealth and close to everything else in New Smyrna Beach and Edgewater.
This property even has pool and hot tub access directly across the quite road at an event property.
The home does sleep five with a king bed in the main bedroom, a day-bed in the landing and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The ensuite bathroom and laundry room are located upstairs and are accessed thru the main bedroom.
Parking is free, and the house is surrounded by trees and plenty of shade.
This home away from home is an open one bedroom, one bath separate unit of a larger house with 10ft ceilings and plenty of room. The other unit is occupied by a quiet, single female tenant. There is no access between the units.

This cozy little place was absolutely spotless. It’s not fancy, but it has all the necessities and is a very comfortable spot to enjoy some time at the beach. It’s a duplex technically, but very private - we didn’t feel like we were sharing a house. It’s on a very quiet, woodsy street away from the traffic but only a few blocks from the main part of town. The host was very accommodating - we had to bring our dog at the last minute, and he made it painless to change our reservation. The back yard is fenced in and safe for furry vacationers. There is a train nearby but we weren ’t bothered by it at all. Overall a wonderful spot and we would definitely stay there again!

We loved our stay. We came up to NSB for our wedding. The place is huge!, it has a beautiful backyard where you can sit and drink your morning coffee while your furry friend sniffs around. We loved that they are pet friendly as well. The kitchen is fully equipped and the host was very responsive. We will definitely come back. It was very clean, the host offers extra linens, plenty of towels and there’s a washer and dryer to use. We loved staying here and it’s very close to everywhere you need to go. You will find the beach 12 minutes away, places to eat and hang out within 5 minutes. It was lovely and we will definitely be back.
