The amazing direct view of the glimmering Gulf of Mexico from this private townhome is priceless. Sand Pebbles has one of the best views on 98 from two decks, living room, and master bedroom. Being in the townhome is so different from being in a condo because it is being in a home and part of the neighborhood. Staying in the unit provides the same view as the 5 million dollar home close by. Just out the door and three steps down to the beach. Great wide sidewalk right in front of Sand Pebbles. Location, Location Sand Pebbles is in a very walkable area.
Go for an ice cream, lunch, or dinner next door at Kenny D's or across the street for dinner at Capt Dave's Restaurant. Take a walk on the beach 10 min. west and enjoy The Crab Trap Restaurant.

The townhome has a covered front deck down stairs with a beautiful view for that first cup of coffee. Upstairs from the master bedroom is a MUST see view of the gulf fun for people watching and enjoy the sunrise or sunset.

Perfect couple days at the beach!

You can’t beat this location or view! The unit was clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen for all your needs. Would absolutely choose this place again on another trip.

We had a great time our week in Destin! The house was a wonderful location! The beach was steps away and shops and restaurants were close by! We loved sitting on the upper deck watching the waves. We will be visiting again!

Best location on the beach.

Such a nice property to stay at. Great beach access and an unobstructed ocean view. The remodel is tastefully done and its so comfortable. Convenient to all the local restaurants. Leisurely bike to anywhere. We enjoyed it so much it was difficult to leave!

Found this in Vrbo and we were thrilled to find such a great property that was also pet friendly. The description and pictures speak for themselves. The location was fantastic. Views from both porches were excellent. The owner was very nice and very helpful. The property was updated and beautiful. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay

Lovely Unit!

Unit is so quaint and beautiful. Loved the decor and the view from top balcony. Very short walk to the beach. My only complaint would be it’s a little noisy being that it’s so close to the highway. Lots of traffics with golf carts blowing horns, especially at night. It was July 4th week, sure it’s not always like that.

Perfect location, beautiful view!

Our vacation included a last minute change of plans so my sister and I were pleasantly surprised to find this conveniently located, beautifully remodeled townhouse. Although across the street from the gulf, we could still see the gorgeous blues and greens of the waves and sky. This comfortable getaway was bright and cheery with its big windows and happy colors. The beach, shopping, and restaurants were all convenient to this location which made for a relaxing, fun, and memorable week!

Room with a view!

First time staying a Sand Pebbles, but it won't be our last. Directly across the street from the private beach which was a closer walk than some on the beach condos we've stayed. And the view... The bottom porch was fun to sit on and watch the people walking by while the upper deck provided a beautiful view of the gulfs blue waters. Host Cynthia was a pleasure to work with. We'll be back for sure!

The BEST dog friendly beach condo in Destin !

This condo does not disappoint! Everything exactly the way it looks on VRBO & better :) Cynthia the host is fantastic & it’s located directly across street from the beach. Walking distance to beach & restaurants. It’s private & peaceful & the condo is clean & has everything you need. I will definitely be back & looking forward to it.

Loved our stay here. The location is perfect. Everything about it was spot on. I have rented large houses that didn’t have as well stocked kitchens as this place. We will definitely be back. The owner is so accommodating and sweet.

Destin to be Seaside

This property is all about location location location . Unobstructed view of the emerald ocean . We had breakfast every morning on upstairs balcony . We were also allowed to have our 13 Bichon Frise dog with us. I didn’t want to leave him behind as he has always enjoyed the salty air. He is old and would be cruel to board him. Then we were just steps away from the gated beach access . We rented an umbrella and chairs for a waterfront spot. It was also easier to just rent despite having our own chairs. The convince if knowing where your set up everyday in beach was priceless . Then we could walk to dinner and not have to drive and park as it’s basically centrally located . If you need pools lots of condo activities this isn’t for you. If you need peace tranquility and awesome views with easy access book now ‘ the host was very responsive to anything you need or encounter. We will definitely be rebooking in the future Craig

Nice place but...

There are a few updates needed. Owner was there several times during the week we were there. She was very nice but trying to fix and repair during our stay. Really needs a mattress. Couldn’t get in the ocean due to it being rough. Red flags all week. That was a bummer. Over all we had a nice stay. Location was awesome.

This is all about the location

The location of this rental is perfect, just steps from the beach. It definitely needs some TLC and upkeep. It smelled musty when we entered, but it was nice enough to open a few windows to help air it out. Beach equipment was there but left outside so chairs were rusty and hard to open and close. We had to contact owner about WiFi, this information was not shared with us. She got back with us and then we talked to IT person-very helpful. Pool is far away, we didn’t bother with it. Again, location is great! Just looked and felt run down.

Great Location; Well equipped property

We enjoyed the townhome. The location right across from Captain Dave's Seafood and a half block from Kenny D's sports bar/restaurant is excellent. Views of the beach are great, the porchs are comfortable with adequate seating, beach access could not be easier. We had our Boston Terrier, Jeeves (check him out on Instagram at Jeeves, the Trust Fund Pup) with us. The property is pet friendly, with easy access to grass and a great, wide paved walking/bicycle path along Scenic Hwy. 98. Many folks were seen walking their dogs, and both of the aforementioned restaurants will allow dogs on leashes in their outdoor seating areas. If you like to cook, the condo is nicely set up with a great fridge and high quality pots, toasters, coffee makers and utensils. When I first arrived, I noticed a few items that at season's end could be replaced or were missing (e.g., a mechanical corkscrew, a missing pot cover) not as a complaint but just to let the owner know for the next time she was replenishing. THAT VERY NIGHT, Cynthia had organized to have new pots, baking pans and that missing corkscrew. Cynthia really is dedicated to making sure her guests have the best experience, and what more could we ask for?

Family vacation

Family vacation.... Right across the street from the gulf And centrally located for all activities. Great restaurant across the street called Captain Dave’s that you can walk to and then walk the beach right after dinner… You can’t ask for more than that!

Amazing

There were 8 of us and there was plenty of room. The views were perfect. It was our first trip there and we will be going back! Only thing I would say needed some attention was the master bed had a lot of wear and sink holes but it wasn’t bad for the 3 nights. Overall great home
