The condo unit is terrific. It was clean, comfortable, well furnished and equipped, and the location is very good. The proximity to the beach and pools is terrific. It is in a nice quiet area with other amenities close by. The staff is courteous and helpful. Jason was very responsive and helpful. However, the parking is difficult unless the guest has a very small vehicle.

Great Vacation at Ko'Olina Marriott

Our two bedroom/2 bath villa was more than enough space for our family. The kitchen was a plus! Beautiful views of the ocean from our deck!! The property manager was amazing from start to finish, making sure check-in and check-out were as simple as possible. We will definately be back!!

This was a great place to stay with my parents over the holidays. The man-made lagoon is lovely and not too busy, so we were always able to find a good spot to sit on the beach. We were pleasantly surprised by Longhi's restaurant, where we ended up having breakfast every day plus a few other meals. The resort has a lovely little luau on Tuesdays that highlights various Polynesian cultures, and you can walk along the beach to the other lagoons to visit the other resorts if you want to try their restaurants.It wasn't totally clear at first that we were booking through a timeshare program rather than booking a specific condo unit. This caused some confusion when when I tried to speak with the concierge in advance, but it all worked out easily enough in the end.

Amazing stay

We had a lovely stay here. We stayed for a week and Jason helped us find the exact dates. He was very quick to respond and easy to communicate with. He also gave us nice recommendations for food and tours. The property is beautiful and had everything we needed and more. We were a family of 5 with our young kids and my mother in law. And this place was perfect for us with multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, washer dryer, full kitchen, extra beds, etc. The resort's facilities were great as well. Ko Olina is a great location to explore all other coasts as well. We often drove to north shore, east coast beaches and to Honolulu without traffic. We had an amazing stay and would love to be back sometime soon!
