Welcome to Casa Colibri, a spacious, comfortable ocean-view villa and a distinguished member of the Pura Villas private collection.



Set within a pristine jungle environment, the home offers a quiet, immersive experience in nature. Mornings begin with tropical birdsong, and it’s common to spot playful monkeys moving through the canopy. Looking out toward Marino Ballena National Park, the villa enjoys a protected ocean view framed by untouched coastline and tropical forest, creating a setting that feels peaceful, open, and deeply connected to its surroundings.



• Location

One of the most appreciated features of Casa Colibri is its location. The villa is just 3 minutes by car from the beach and 5 minutes from Uvita town, making it easy to enjoy the area without long, difficult drives. For confident walkers, the beach can also be reached on foot, with an uphill return.

No 4x4 vehicle is required, and access from the main road is quick and straightforward.



• Privacy & Peace of Mind

The home is part of a private gated enclave with only three residences, designed to offer privacy, calm, and discretion. A night-time security guard is present for added reassurance.

A commercial-grade backup generator ensures uninterrupted power and comfort, even during storms and outages.



• Sleeping Arrangement

The villa includes four ensuite bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and a private balcony overlooking the jungle and ocean.

Two of the jungle-view bedrooms also include an additional single (twin) bed.



There is also a separate workout room with a full-size Murphy bed. This space has exterior access only and does not include a bathroom. It is suitable for occasional extra sleeping, if needed, but is not counted as a bedroom.

Built-in Sonos ceiling speakers in the living area, kitchen, and pool terrace offer an elegant, venue-quality sound experience via Bluetooth.

A private, covered outdoor yoga deck provides space for morning practice, stretching, and quiet reflection.

Spacious indoor and outdoor living areas are thoughtfully designed for relaxed gatherings, with sofas, outdoor sofas, Masaya chairs, and hanging swing chairs.

An ocean-view infinity pool overlooks the famous whale’s tail of Marino Ballena National Park.

The villa is fully air-conditioned, with individual units in bedrooms and central AC in common areas.

The kitchen is well equipped with a large refrigerator and freezer, suitable for longer stays and private chef services.

A BBQ is available for easy poolside meals.

A washer and dryer are available for guest use.

A private garage and straightforward arrival access make check-in simple.



• Concierge Support

Our in-house concierge is available to assist you with airport transfers, car rentals, private chefs, tours, and activity planning. Concierge support is included, and assistance is offered calmly and thoughtfully, whenever needed. Support is provided remotely and locally as appropriate.
