About this property

Cozy 3 BR in center of town w/work space. Walking distance to main attractions

Welcome to the hub of our charming city! Our cozy and stylish home is located on the main walking path around Lake Peachtree. Take a ~5 min stroll to the local pizza joint, bowling alley or farmers market. Or a 5 min walk to Picnic Park and playground on beautiful Lake Peachtree. Another few steps and you're at the Library, City Hall and Drake field where numerous festivals and events are held. People watch from the front porch, or hop on a golf cart to zip around the beautiful path system. You can see the closest playground (Pebble Pocket Park) from the front porch, it's just a quick few steps across the street.

We are only around a 30 minute drive to Hartsfield Jackson International Airport (ATL) and Atlanta. Convenient to Trillith, Pinewood & more.

If you'd rather stay in, we've got you covered! Our home has 3 comfortable bedrooms with 4 beds (sleeps 7). The master has a king size bed and cozy en suite bathroom. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and there is a bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed. Bunk room has a desk with printer for your use. One full bath off the hallway.

We offer a 65" 4K LED Smart TV with Fire TV in the living room. The master and queen rooms both have a 40" HD 1080P smart TV. All TVs have the streaming apps available for you to log in to with your own account.

Enjoy a spacious, well furnished kitchen with all the essentials. If you are missing a particular item, please let us know and we will try to accommodate if possible.

We offer toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, lotion and bar soap. Additionally, if you happen to forget yours, we provide a toothbrush, toothpaste and disposable razor. A hairdryer is available in each bathroom.

You have access to every room of the house. The laundry room is located in the rear of the garage. The small building in the back yard is for your host's access only.

A keycode will be provided to you the day of your check-in

Fun Stay in Peachtree City

We absolutely loved our stay, the location was so convenient and we fell in love with Peachtree City. We saw lots of wildlife in the garden (deer, chipmunks, fireflies, squirrels, hawk and cardinals). The house was beautifully decorated and well equipped and the host was incredibly helpful. We would definitely book this house again.

Clean and Comfortable

We enjoyed the upgraded kitchen and baths. The whole house is nicely decorated. We rented a golf cart and spent our time exploring the paths all around the lake. The host was accommodating and quick to reply. Would definitely book again!

Great Location, Great Design

The house is in the heart of Peachtree City, near Drake Park and the Lake, in a quiet neighborhood. The owner did a great job updating the interior, which was simple and clean. My wife had me take a photo of the kitchen, because she really liked the layout. Our bed was comfy too. We need to take another trip when the weather isn't blazing hot outside, but the AC kept the inside cool.

Friends’ Get-away

This property was a great home base for a small group of us while we were in town visiting for a wedding. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean, and the host was always available if we needed (which we didn’t have any problems!) One of the best parts of this house was the proximity to Lake Peachtree trail. The small group of us went walking on the 3.7 mile path every morning and it was a nice little area. It was also close to a lot of restaurants or amenities. This house would be great with kids because of the proximity to so many parks as well!

Why they chose this property

The neighborhoods on and around Hip Pocket road are some of the original neighborhoods in the city. My property is on the multi-use path that circles Lake Peachtree- which is a favorite walking, running, cycling and carting path to locals and visitors alike. You'll see the thunderous spillway, the serene lake views and many gorgeous homes that surround the lake. One can visit a couple of play parks and picnic areas also within walking distance. You can hear the pleasant church bells down the street during the day while also seeing the occasional deer and quaint wildlife from the porch.

What makes this property unique

I strive to keep my home extremely clean so you can feel right at home. The home retains the charm of a 1960's ranch while you enjoy the modern amenities provided by a fresh remodel.
