Enjoy channel views from the hot tub. Minutes walk from downtown and waterfront.
Spacious 3 story home is central but private. It's an easy walk to the public library and pool, to downtown shops, coffee and restaurants, or across the bridge to Near Island's beautiful trails. Great deck for grilling, channel views of boat and floatplane traffic, and a hot tub. Available while our family is salmon fishing, so there are lots of games and books to enjoy on a rainy day. Downstairs is a cozy spot for watching movies

We leave the town of Kodiak to go salmon fishing in the summer months.
Why they chose this property
We love being able to walk to sushi, to see fishing boats coming and going, to take our dogs across the bridge to Near Island.
What makes this property unique
The house just has a good feeling. It's still light and bright on rainy days, and Kodiak gets lots of those!
