Pool House

House was very nice. Perfectly stocked except could have used a fan. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

Overall the experience was excellent. House was nicely accommodated with necessary needs. The stone area around the pool was pretty weedy, but it did not cause an issue with our stay, it just didn't look well cosmetically. We enjoyed our time there very much.

Wonderful Stay

The Sarasota pool house was a wonderful property. It was updated and clean, fully stocked and nice furniture. The kitchen is really nice and spacious. And the pool was fantastic. I really would love to stay here again and thoroughly enjoyed my experience with stringer management. I would give it five stars plus easily.

Perfect location for our needs, but...

The house itself was very nice and the location was perfect for our needs. However, we were disappointed that the pool was not usable when we arrived. It was uncovered and unfortunately had debris and waste in it, which made it unusable for the first and second day of our stay. The pool company did not arrive until the next day around noon to address the issue. By the time we would be able to use the pool on Sunday, we had to check out. While we appreciated the home and its great location, the pool situation was a letdown given our expectations.
