The house is a short drive from Hwy 72, central to many shopping plazas and restaurants. Additionally, it is located near top-rated schools such as Legacy Elementary School and Monrovia Middle School.

The entryway opens up to a well-furnished, comforting living space, equipped with all-new furniture, Wi-Fi, and a smart TV. Just log into your go-to apps to watch your favorite movies and shows! :)
We have provided two dining spaces for your convenience. You can talk to your loved ones from the adjacent dining room that seats 6, or from the open, expansive kitchen that is a short step away. There is easy access to the backyard from the kitchen, perfect for after-morning activities and lounging in the backyard pergola.
